The food is excellent. They always have some unique sides, too. Big portions. I like the relaxed atmosphere. Many times there will be a live band. I prefer to get there early because this is a popular place and it can be hard to find a place to park.

First thing's first - this isn't a traditional restaurant setup, so don't come out if you want to sit down and enjoy your dinner. It gets crowded quickly and people come to park it, have a few drinks (BYOB), and enjoy the entertainment, so chances of finding a table are slim!If you're one of the lucky ones and you get a table in one of the various dining areas (either covered or al fresco), you'll want to head over to the food truck parked in the corner to place your order (cash or check only, please). The orders come out in about 10 minutes or so - not unreasonable for the number of people there or the unorthodox 'kitchen' setup. So the food. Let's talk about that. I got pulled pork and my dinner companion got brisket and sausage. The pulled pork was mediocre at best. The brisket was fatty and stringy. The sausage was good, though! The sides were a solid 3 out of 5 - not awful, but their descriptions were the most interesting thing about them. All in all, it's a fun concept - almost like a food truck court - and has remained popular since opening. But the food was marginally disappointing, and I didn't love eating at a standing cocktail table. This is one that I've checked off my list and probably won't visit again! :)

the menu is cluttered, and over priced. One person the trailer who has one speed, slowwwww.... When I finally found the sandwiches on the menu, it stated a 3 dollar increase in price from $7 to $10 for brisket. A brisket sandwich does NOT cost $10, period. Didnt get to try the food and won't be back. I dont have all day to wait for someone else to get it together.

Best bbq in Victoria hands down and probably the best place to eat here too. The few people that work here are so nice and friendly. We have tried probably every meat on the regular menu and my favorite is brisket tacos. Cabrito is awesome when they have it and I can't wait to try the new specials. Menu changes daily. It's worth the few extra minutes drive.

One of my favorite places to get BBQ anywhere. It's a very cool location and the barbecue is always excellent. They have a variety of menu options so if you don't feel like getting the Texas BBQ standards (brisket, ribs, sausage) they always change up the menu and have things like chicken avocados, smoked meatloaf, pork steak, and brisket or barbacoa-topped burgers (one of my favorites) among a lot of others. They're typically only open for lunch but are open late on Thursdays and usually have live music which is a lot of fun. I highly recommend.

We are regular customers and love the food and enjoy the music when there is someone playing. Get there early enough to get your order in if there are a lot of people. Nice family atmosphere and a nice place to go casually dressed. Only issue is the prices have gone up on any meat items but no more than anywhere else.

Nastiest bbq I have ever eaten. For 2 brisket plates with nothing but fat was $41. Just to let you know it was so nasty our dogs would not even eat it. We will never go back to this place.

Been a while since I ate at KB's and was craving some BBQ. Looked at menu saw many plates for $10 and under. Didn't see a brisket and sausage plate listed. I asked the guy in the window for two brisket and sausage plates. $41.00 with no drinks! I know everything is going up, but $20.50 a plate is outrageous. I waited over 30 minutes for them to make my plates and noticed people behind me in line were getting their food. I asked the guy in the trailer about my order and it took him literally less than a minute to plate up the orders. I have a son that is a bottomless pit that will eat anything. He said the mashed potatoes and green beans were gross which he didn't eat. This place was really good all my prior visits. All I can say is, for the price I paid, I was in utter disappointment. Portions were small. The brisket was half fat, the sausage was edible at best, the jalapeño mashed potatoes were super spicy, and the pinto beans were just terrible tasting. Not sure what has happened to this place, but I will never go back again, and advise others to stay away. I am not sure what kind of wood they are using now, but even the smoke flavor in the meat tasted off. I am guessing it may have been Huisache, but could be wrong. (I know this from a friend who thought he was cooking with mesquite). The smoke flavor was not good. My advice would be to skip this place and go to Mumfords or Uncle Mutts. There are far better options for far better prices.
