We purchased our recliner from them for me and it was great so we bought a second one for my partner within a couple months it broke so they fixed it and within a month it broke again. They said we needed to get another chair, of course they no longer had that model and we had to upgrade to replace it. Again within a couple of moths that one broke they came to fix it but couldn't so once again we had to order another chair and it required an upgrade because they didn't have that model. It's been months we are still waiting on the chair to be delivered and at this point I don't trust that it won't be another disappointment. Makes me wonder are they buying factory 2nds from Lazy Boy?

I purchased a table on May 15th, 2019. Was helped by the new owner Bentley and a nice sales lady. It is almost FIVE months later and my table has still not been delivered. I have called seven times to get assistance and cannot get help. Will cancel and ask for a refund again. Update: I talked to a "manager" named Brian who was super rude and condescending, even when I was calm. He said he "knew about the situation" and would have to talk to the owner Bentley. I told him I would also like to speak with Bentley and tell him how terrible the service has been after they took my money and I've been waiting for FIVE months for a dining room table. I asked for his email address and he rudely said he could not give his personal email address out!!! I told him I was asking for a work email address. He said it very fast and then hung up on me. So rude. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere after I talk to the owner about the terrible experience that I have had.

Thanks to the sales manager, Danyel, I was able to find the sofa of my dreams. She saved me so much time by texting me different fabric options & design ideas when I didn't have the time to physically visitthe store. Saved me tons of time, instead of scrolling through websitesand unpublished prices. Kamin Furniture can customize most of what you might be looking for. Great service!

Bought a Lazy Boy leather recliner trusting our sales lady that it was genuine leather as she promised. Me and my husband specifically asked her if this chair could peel before buying it. Paid over 800.00 for chair. Less than 2 years old it is peeling all over. our sale lady was emailed the pics as she requested and still claiming the chair is real leather and states the leather only has 1 year warranty and there is no option to return or replace the chair. Doing research I found numerous complaints online regarding Lazy boy leather furniture peeling and not the quality Lazy boy and other retailers claim it is. It is called consumer fraud! I forwarded this info to the sales lady along with my pics of chair and she refuses to discuss it with me. States the manager will call me and never called. Very disappointing as this recliner has to be thrown in the burn pile! Will never shop at Kamin again or buy any "leather" Lazy boy furniture!

My salesperson, Jennifer Wright, was amazing. I've purchased my couch, a beautiful chair as well as ordered master bedroom furniture. Jennifer helps you sort out your options, your budget and helped with delivery. She is so easy to work with - but the kamin furniture is worth every penny. Several years ago, my siblings and I wanted to get my mom a new recliner. the staff helped us pick one out, delivered it same day and hauled off the old chair. when they found out my brother was a military veteran (remember chair was for mom) they offered us another discount for his service. I so appreciate this family run local business. I will shop here for years to come!

Thank you, Jennifer! She is the reason I will continue to refer people to the store and the reason I will go back. Shopping for a twin XL for my 15 year old 6'4" tall son. Recently unemployed, I was on a budget. When I arrived after a 30 minute drive, she had already done the research for what was available to take home that day. After having to admit they were all way above my current budget, she took us upstairs and showed me several options that were will within my price range. She made sure my son took his time trying them all out so he would choose the one he would be happy with long term. She was beyond friendly and helpful! Didn't matter what my budget was, she made us feel like we were there to spend a million bucks! Not once did she make me feel ashamed for having to spend less than what most would for a new bed. She explained the ordering process and made sure we were set up with everything we would need to know before we left. When I returned to pick up paperwork after my order arrived, she came up and greeted me again and chatted for a bit. She really made my day during both visits!!

Kamin Furniture was great. The sales representative was helpful and not pushy. The building was beautiful and really much bigger than I expected. The type of inventory is what you expect in a furniture store, but they also had some unique pieces. The amount of inventory, especially for recliners was really impressive. I would recommend going to shop there to my friends if they were looking for any type of furniture.
