Every trip we make down to Port A, we can always depend on Kacie's having the cleanest, well maintained carts that are easy to use and we never have to worry about a break down. All the employees we've worked with have been super friendly, polite and accommodating. We couldn't ask for a better experience and I cannot recommend them enough! rented a 8 person golf cart had problems steering. rented for 24 hours but had to leave it overnight with them. used it maybe 4 hours was not fun because of the steering. When returning my husband hit a curb because of the steering.Dont sign the waver it gives them the way the charge your credit card if there is damage. Well we returned it on a Saturday and my credit card was charged $1900 dollars for damage. Kasie wont talk to us , sent us a generic bill.Don't sign the waver and don't use Kaysie

Such an easy golf cart rental!!! They dropped off and picked up to the driveway helpful with surrounding areas. Very friendly staff!!!

incredibly rude staff...I questioned their "24 hour rental" policy, and they hung up on me. Evidently, you have to rent in 24 hour increments, this is the only option. I explained that if I picked up at 5pm on Friday and returned it 8am on Monday, I shouldn't have to pay for the rental until Monday at 5pm.. Why should I pay for the rental all day on Monday, if I return it by 8am? In fact, they could rent it out at 8:15am on Monday to another customer, meanwhile I am paying for it until 5pm - so in effect they are getting revenue from 2 customers for renting it to only one... Whatever, its their business - they can rent out how they wish, but hanging up on me because I am trying to understand the policy, then not answering when I call back? If thats how ownership trains their staff, then its probably better we didnt rent from here!

Good folks great beach carts. Carts come with blue tooth speakers and a windshield which greatly enhance the experience

We have rented from Kacie on each visit to Port A and have never been disappointed! Carts have always been clean, office is easy to get to, and staff are friendly. We even had a very minor issue with a cart and Kacie swapped it out for a new one. I even shopped rates - and they were the lowest per day charge for either a four or six seater. Check them out!
