K-Bob's Steakhouse

First off...K-Bob's was so named because of the shishkabobs they made. No more. Not on the menu. Bit of a drive from the southside to find this out. So, the ribeye burger I got and the smothered hamburger steak my wife got were "because we made the trip" and were hungry. My burger was decent, but a little undercooked. The fries were very good. My wife didn't think her selection was good and didn't care for the mashed potatoes. Our waitress had the sniffles which made us think we might be enjoying a cold later. Price for what we ordered was a little steep. We came for ka-bobs. They're not on the menu anymore. We can get the same food otherwise without the drive.

Love that salad bar!They could expand the menu with a few more items, but the items they do have, are delicious.

I don't know who was cooking tonight but they got my steak perfect! This place has been hit and miss for a while.

Clean restaurant, private parking, friendly but slow service during non-peak hours (maybe three tables seated). The positive is a great salad wagon with plenty of choices and a really good ranch dressing. Super clean and stocked well. The negative is a mediocre steak. We ordered the rodeo cut ribeye, medium rare. We both got well done. I don't like sending food back after a long wait, if it's edible. It was edible but really lacked seasoning as well as being way over cooked. Green beans were good but also could've used some seasoning. I'm giving three stars due to the cleanliness, friendliness, and the good salad bar. I'd definitely return for just that part, but I'll just make my steaks at home from now on.

It was ok nothing special. I was hoping for the ribs but they did not offer them any more. Got the chicken fried chicken. Gravy is what save the day because the chicken was over cooked and over battered. Not sure if I would go back again unless choices are limited.

Who is pretty decent but expensive compared to other choices in the area. Ring, Restaurant and Friendly people.

When served our food...this is how I received my food. I didn't ask for my gravy to be put in a bowl or left on my plate this way...also...the breading didn't stick to the chicken. Most of it came off as i cut it and stayed on the plate..Horrible. We won't go back. Oh...this was at the location at 5pts...The waitress was kind...despite the horrible food...

Mediocre food with expensive tags. 15 a plate with 5 for an extra side just to prove that point. Overall an underwhelming experience to say the least, don't recommend.

Staff is rude and keep dropping and clanging everything. The medium-rare steak was medium-well with almost no pink and charbroiled on the outside making it hard to cut. The asparagus and chicken fried steak were charbroiled as well. I e never had a chicken fried steak where the meat was burnt. Even the baked sweet potato was charred on the outside. Ironically the steamed broccoli was raw. I also had to go through 3 sets of silverware to find a clean set. The waitress tried convincing me it was spots from the dishwasher so I pointed out the chunks of food I was having to scrape off. Don't think we will be back.
