Josie's Mexican Food

The Josie's girls cook like my family. That fried chicken buffet can't be beat. My son had nachos and they look great!

Our first experience here and we will definitely come back! We had breakfast and it was absolutely delicious! They had a breakfast buffet and taco options. The TACOS are simply AMAZING! super huge and so good!!!! The staff is wonderful as well! They seem to have a great vibe. They have pool tables and seating throughout the restaurant! Would definitely recommend!

Good food! Service quick and fast. There are not a lot of restaurants in POc so this is a staple there. So I would come back. The new back bar is a cool place to hang out.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend this restaurant. The food was not good, in my opinion. We love Tex Mex, but this restaurant has a lot to be desired. To be honest, we have yet to find a good restaurant in Port O'Conner.

Went here at 10:45am. Hostess said buffet won't be ready for 15 minutes. Oh I just want breakfast. We don't serve breakfast. Okay,?... Uh do you serve tacos? Yes here is a menu. I look at TACOS, and saw beef or chicken fajita. I said I'll take 3 chicken fajita. Okay, sat down. At 11:30 I walked up to cashier and said it's been 45 minutes! What is the hold up? She replies, I said the grill doesn't start till 11, so it almost ready. Another 15 minutes bringing my wait time to 1 HOUR!!!!!! Finally!!!, sir your order is ready. I proceeded to register and was met with a f-c-ing ticket for $40 dollars!!!!! I said WTF???? Oh yeah, our tacos are $13.25 each. I said what the fuk!!!!!!???? You can keep them. Now I don't know about the buffet, maybe great, maybe not, but be prepared to take a second mortgage out in your house is you want a fukin taco. I really with I would have asked to see one. It should have been about a foot long with a 1/2 pound of cheese , a whole avocado, whole onion and bell pepper with a 44oz coke and a 6 pack of Dos XX... For that price... Never again! Then manager comes out raising hell about me sticking her with 3 tacos!!! Wow.... F T Place!!!!

$12 lunch special is incredible. I had the fried shrimp it comes with Hushpuppies, onion rings and Homeade French Fries. You will not leave hungry I promise. The wait staff is super friendly and fast.

One of the few places open for breakfast when we were in POC. Food was really good. I had the bacon and egg taquito and wife had tacos. Good flavor and came out quickly. Staff was very friendly. Have to make your own coffee in one of the two Kuerigs but that' didn't bother me. Good selection of K cups to choose from. Plan to visit again next trip back for lunch or dinner. Menu looks pretty good.

Not sure what we would do if we didn't have Josie's for breakfast, lunch and dinner on our annual fishing trip to POC.Great place, great people and great food!

What a cute place!! Great ambiance and food was amazing! Had breakfast this morning and we will be back this evening to try out their drinks! We will definitely return when we come back to Port O'Connor!

I love that this family is keeping this restaurant alive. Doing what needs to be done to keep tradition and keep their doors open. The food is amazing. It's a bar setting for sure, but family friendly as well. Enjoy!
