Jos Brisket

Solid brisket from a food truck. Ribs were good and tender. The sausage was jalapeno and cheese. Oddly there wasn't a choice. We went back amd the sausage was different. Good place to grab some BBQ

Food truck was at Katy Beer Garden. I ordered Brisket Fries. Fries were uncooked and soggy. Not much brisket but chunks of fat. Very disappointed.

When to the beer garden for the first time and tried the food truck. The food was good a bit pricey for the amount of food that gives you . Our friend from Seattle enjoyed it. We will come back again for the experience that place its nice and service was good

Had the Brisket tacos and they were delicious! They are a must try! Don't wait and order some.

So, the reason it got three instead of four was because of the fries. I am at the truck over in atascocita. If they have fresh fries, which I'm going to ask for next time, it might get a four. The burger was very good. Little too expensive for a basket for $18, but you pay for the environment also. Get those fries fresh!

The food truck was at Katy beer garden for an event. I ordered the rib plate and 1/2 pound of brisket. After already paying for my order I was then told that the ribs were not done and wouldn't be ready for another two hours. They offered to replace the ribs with something else but my daughter and girlfriend didn't want anything else so I asked to refund the ribs. I was told to wait while she had to get the authorization from her manager to refund me and then would contact me later. When I was called up with the pager and it was only to tell me that that whole ticket was refunded and I asked about still getting the brisket which she said oh I thought you wanted to refund the whole ticket. I'm not going to knock the young lady taking orders she was still very nice but my concern was that there was an already planned event and it makes no sense to advertise your whole menu when not everything is ready. If you don't have menu items don't take orders for them. For the poor experience and lack of preparation I can't give anything one than one star.

I would not eat here again. I Ordered brisket fries with pico on the side because I didn't want it all over the plate. The fries were cold pico was all over and the brisket didn't have flavor. I do not recommend this food truck at porky's. The food is expensive to be disappointed.

We had the brisket tacos and truly enjoyed them...the green salsa was delicious. The jalapeño sausage was also really good.

Food truck had poor service. I walked up to the window and waited for quite a bit to order. The lady behind the counter saw me but just kept talking to her co-worker. However, a man walked up behind me and was immediately addressed by her. He asked for BBQ sauce and she poured the sauce and serviced him right away, before making me wait again and then asking me what I wanted to order. She should have acknowledged and helped the customer who was waiting first. And they were out of fries on a Saturday night around 9:30 pm when they close at 11 pm. Extremely poor customer service. Will not be trying this food truck again.
