Joe's Place

Since I was a kid this establishment has provided many memories for my family! Every time I see Tootsie rolls I immediately think about this place!! Our 20 year reunion was even held here, and I'll continue to be a patron as long as they're serving up wonderful nostalgia.

This place is delicious made to order...the staff is super sweet it was pretty empty when I went mind you I went on Friday like at 3...it is a little warm in there but food is delicious we got the cheese curds the corn curds hot dog and burgers all very good all fresh I didn't take a picture of the appetizer just my burger but man great food:) deffiently if your in the mood for a burger this is the place

Decided to try this place since we were down here visiting the DMV due to ours being booked out a month. It didn't disappoint! Simple menu with several topping options for both the burgers and salad. Quaint atmosphere with great 80s country music playing. Definitely would drive the 45 minutes again to eat here.

So amazing!! My friends had their wedding rehearsal dinner here. And everyone was so so sweet. The burgers were so damn good!! Service was great, super on top of everything. Super family friendly they even had cornhole and other games out back and space for the kids to run around. 10 out of 10 would go again, okay! Thank y'all so much again for having and taking care of us. Y'all are amazing!

Aaaaaaaaaamazing burgers! They use a good quality ground beef, none of that grissle or nasty crap in your hamburger patty. They also use fresh produce to dress your burger.Just a great ole American hamburger joint!

Super easy 5 stars. This places staff is on another level. The sweet lady at the counter that took my order you can tell she loves her job. I ordered the Burger combo $10 for a cheese burger and tots and a drink who can beat that deal. The burger bun is perfectly grill. The tots are crispy. Then to top it off they have this walnut cake homemade from "Debbie" WOW moist beautiful flavor and the picture was a "small" piece. Joe's is a must eat in Jourdanton. I had the hot dog and Tots and a drink today. Add the queso to everything it is amazing.

WORST restaurant I have ever experienced. Food was supposed to be done by 7:30 and "just 10 more minutes" turned into an HOUR wait. I love supporting small businesses, but this place doesn't deserve a single cent of anyone's money.

Great place to go out and eat! :) A friendly Mom n' Pop kind of place that is great for family and friends :) The burgers are tasty and a great size for what you pay! They also have a Keto-style, where it's like a burger salad :). Will definitely come in again!

Last time I ate at Joe's Place is over 20 years ago. And Joe serve me the burgers that tasted great good and greasy and a great Joe Burger. They bought it back again slightly cleaner LOL then I remember but dang it's a good greasy burger taste just like Joe touched himself. My dad and I went down there and had a burger Bowl trying to keep dad's sugar line so yeah I probably should have had a good old Joe burger with a bun but didn't want to cause problems. But man I wasn't disappointed the burger Bowl was great can't wait to have some more and try just a plain old Joe Burger. So if you remember Joe's is a little divey place to go to and get a good greasy burger get ready for a good trendy still good greasy burger just like Joe did it himself.

The burgers were good. The chicken bites were a good size for my 2 year old. This fries, onion rings, and tater tots were okay. Their salads looked really good.
