very nice and professional. Excellent customer service. Joaquin was always available and very knowledgeable during the buying process of my first home. I highly recommend him when selling or buying your home.

Joaquin is one of the most dishonest, unethical, ignorant and manipulative people I know. Buying a house with him as our realtor was hands down, the biggest mistake we've ever made. He doesn't work for you, he works for himself. He makes you think he's working for you but behind your back, he's really working for the builder/homeowner instead. Do not trust Joaquin Grenados. I wish we hadn't. Our lives would have been much better had we not. He divulged personal financial information between the two parties which is not only a conflict of interest but it's illegal as well. Joaquin knows NOTHING about the business. He's a rookie and a terrible one at that. I do not know how he survives as a realtor. Save yourself the headache and complete nightmare and find a better realtor. We wish we had.
