Jim Bobs Bbq

Great brisket. Beans were mid level. Sauce was mid level. Looking forward to trying the St Louis Ribs only available after 5:30 p.m.

This is the best brisket I have found in Rockport. I've found other meats and sides I like at other places but the brisket was just okay at best. I made a second visit to Jim Bob's and picked up some ribs. My first impression after trying one is they are good... meaty, tender to the point the meat almost falls off the bone but they are still moist. It takes a good pit master to cook brisket and ribs to that sweet spot and Jim Bob seems to have it down. Only side I've tried is the beans and they are pretty good. Give this guy a try.

Stopped by for lunch and had a chopped brisket sandwich it was stacked, even had jalapeños. The brisket was tender and juicy and the sauce was good Enjoyed thanks FrankCook
