It's a very good place as far as Mexican food goes. But honestly, once you've had Mexican food, it seems to be pretty much the same anywhere. The owner who mostly works in the mornings, he is a very nice guy. He remembers you, and always knows roughly what I'm about to order. This place is very clean, I can't speak for the bathrooms because I have never used them. I tend to go back often, so its good enough to the point that I keep spending my money here, right. :-)I really like this place compared to the other Mexican Restaurants in town because they are never packed like the other places are. Drive-through tends to be pretty fast, so just because you see a few trucks in front of you, don't worry, it moves pretty quickly. I have never really had any complaints about this place. The service isn't great, but it's really not bad either. It's really average I must say. The really good thing about this restaurant is, your serving sizes are very generous here, so if you're really hungry, this is the place. Their WiFi is free... This is the only Mexican Restaurant in Beeville that I know that has Free WiFi. I think that is very progressive for Beeville. So, that alone made me add an extra star.

Let me start off and say it pains me to even write thia review. Loyal customer for years to this place. But for the last year or so it has been on the down-tick. Not sure if its due to the manager and main cook taking more time off or not. But its concerning. On days when the usual manager and cook are gone it would be bad. Lile very BAD. Wrong orders, wrong charges, bad food and just an overall experience that will make me quit going to a place I have frequented for many years. Today the tortillas came from HEB, spoiled or rotten meat and or grease. That horrid smell in the dinning area is getting worse. Owners need to get they're act together. I could go on about EVERY bad experience Ive had here but its not fair. What is fair to say is that this place is so great when its good. Homemade tortillas, hot fresh food, friendly service and fast. Hoping to update this review soon with a better outcomr next time.

This is probably my favorite texmex spot in Beeville. I have come for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, weekdays and weekends, dine-in and drive-thru. I have found the service and food to be consistently good. You can come grab a quick bite alone, have a working lunch, or catch up with friends. They have a broad selection available. My favorite is the chilaquiles. They also have good breakfast tacos and all your standard fare, plus they offer beer and margaritas. Prices are very affordable.

Being of Mexican heritage I am aware that all taquerias use different methods and seasonings when preparing dishes. But how can you go wrong on a torta.My poor torta looked sick. The bread was buttered up when no butter is necessary. The one slice of avocado was smaller than my pinky. No beans spread or cheese sprinkled. And half a spoon of sour cream on the bread instead of covering the whole bread with some. Meat tasted old refrigerated with lots of fat so they don't even clean the fat up off the meat. And the salsa wasn't spicy. No real fruit juices (Aguas frescas) the orchata was extremely sweet but it passed. And no napkins on my to go bag (drive thru). For the price charged I expected decent. The girl taking my order was courteous but that's the only thumbs up for this place.

Ordered the chicken soup and it tasted like water. There were 2 chicken legs in it with no meat on the bones. Didn't like so ordered a shredded chicken gordita. The chicken had a strange tasting seasoning on it so didn't eat that either. Left the restaurant hungry. Terrible.
