While the food tasted good, that was about the extent of the positive experience here. The dining area was filthy. Trash was full. All the tables were dirty. And when I asked for a damp cloth to clean off a table for us to use, the guy at the register said to me: "napkins are right there". In other words, he didn't care if the tables were dirty and made ZERO effort to clean. Dirt and food on the window ledge. The girl making the sandwiches was slower than molasses, I had to remind her to add relish to our sandwiches or we wouldn't have gotten it, and when we unwrapped the sandwiches they were a mess! $30 bucks later?! No thanks. Won't be back.

Came in just before 8 pm and places is empty. I hear a shout from the back. Eventually someone came out. They gave a very I don't want to be here vibe. Ignored me and walked right by me with out acknowledging me. I know where I'm not welcomed. I left with out ordering.

Don't order from this location on their app. I've tried twice and I've yet to get a full order or a refund for any missing items. Management does not care if you didn't receive items and won't refund either.

Ordered from the online app, I gave them extra time before picking up. Order was late, then when I opened my sandwich it only had bread and meat. I took it back and they didn't care. Horrible customer service. They have a not my problem attitude. Won't be back. Corporate didn't care either.

Staff was very friendly. The bread was tough and no other choices. Limited condiment choices. And rather pricey. I got a number 6 which is a provolone and roast beef, that with tax came to about 10 dollars for just the sandwich. Was very dissapointnted as this location replaced another sub shop that I felt offered a better product. Good luck.

I Love their subs, best in town. However this is the second time we've ordered online and they did not have our order ready. "It never printed." They said. I gave them an extra 10 minutes to do our order figuring it would be busy. Now 25 minutes late.

Wow! These are some big fresh tasty sandwiches!! The staff is professional and even a bit entertaining as they create these big heros right before your eyes. A lil pricey but worth it.Treat yourself once in awhile!

The food was good but the tables are dirty, bathroom destroyed and they blasted the most annoying music so loud I couldn't even hear them when they asked about my sandwich and couldn't even hear me order it but refused to turn it down when I said it's obnoxious loud.

I was really hoping to enjoy a great sandwich. When i got there i was the only customer, an employee cleaning tables took my order, then finished cleaning all the tables. A manager, i assume, was on the phone the entire time, then another employee walks out and just looks at me, she then asked to take my order 2 or 3 minutes later, while the initial employee who took my order walked to the back. Very poor service and people skills, so i just walked out. I will never return to that location on Alameda st.

Rallied the troops to order from here. Multiple person order from work. Asked for pickles on side. No pickles sent! Worse yet wrong bread! Told me nothing they could do they had other orders also. Will order elsewhere next time. Wtg great customer service and appreciation bravo!
