Jaycob's Food Truck

Wife and I had Chicken n Shrimp Gumbo and Blackened Chicken Tacos. Also grabbed a side of Fries. Didn't get pics of food. Both were Great! Wonderful flavor. Gumbo was dark and flavorful, rice was on the side so I could get the rice/gumbo where I wanted it. One of the best I've had in Corpus. Taco had fresh blackened chicken along with a slice of tomato, onion and spinach on corn tortillas. We received Three tacos in the order. We can't wait to try more dishes.

This was hands down the freshest fish tacos I have ever had. The cabbage was crunchy and the sauce used was tasty and not overwhelming with heat. The side of Jaime rice was a perfect compliment to the tacos. I definitely recommend trying this food truck if you come across it. It was at Lorelei Brewing when I got to try it, I'm pretty sure they frequent there.

I ordered the fish and shrimp basket. When I received my order it was absolutely inedible. The fish and shrimp were so dried up it was like eating burnt batter. When I told them they said so.. now what? They never tried to fixed the problem or make amends. Never again!
