Jalisco ToGo

On most recent trip to Rockport, we stopped by the Jalisco To Go food truck and ordered the Steak Omelette. The image on the menu board showed a large piece of meat, but what I got were strips instead- no biggy!Food was prepared fairly quickly and was well proportioned and well priced! I wasn't the biggest fan of the salsa (had the heat but not much flavor) and the eggs needed a bit more seasoning but with a bit of salt it was just right. The server was really friendly and I'm looking forward to visiting again next time I'm in the area!

When you are in a hurry, this is always a great place for morning tacos!! They never disappoint.

Ay yi yi! Calientes tacos pronto! This place makes some fresh, hot tacos quickly. Their specialty seems to be breakfast tacos. Order something, and before you can get done asking for what you want, they're on the griddle back there chopping and cooking. The tortillas are fresh and hot, the taco fillings are phat, and the salsas are muy picoso! I was super excited that this place is dishing out such fresh tacos. It's a little intimidating to get to, since they create so much traffic along Business 35, it can be difficult to find a parking spot. The ambiance overall is not great, I wish they'd offer a place to sit, but it's called Jalisco ToGO not, Jalisco ToSTAY.If you're unfamiliar with the dishes being offered, this food truck has photos of what the dishes look like.

We decided to try out this food truck a couple of days ago. We both got the crispy taco plate. The tacos were delicious! It came with three tacos, rice and beans. Two tacos would have been plenty. Next time I'll ask if I can just get two. My only complaint is that we were only given 3 containers of taco sauce for the 6 tacos. We will definitely go again!

Ordered 5 carne asada tacos. They were all non chewable gristle & fat with maybe 10% edible meat. Waste of money

Excellent food truck,polite& helpful employees. Meals come out is short time, hot & delicious. Been customer since they opened...6 years ago? I send everyone over there across from Albys!!

Best Birria tacos! They serve chiles toreados too!!Very friendly service!Hardworking, lovely people!!

I asked for toast bread and they gave me hamburger buns.....I guess I have to ask for American toast bread so I can add jelly. I have pics too.

Amazing food and service the iced tea was amazing!! I love that it's outdoors in the fresh moist humid hot air!

Great breakfast tacos. Very generous size. And love their ENSALADA JALISCO. Really great salad.
