Excellent customer service! We rented a cart for 5 days while in Port A. On the second day our cart had a flat tire. We called Jackfish and within five minutes a new cart was delivered to our condo. We were blown away by their quick service!We love their gift shop as well. So many treasures and souvenirs. Will definitely rent from them again.

3 weeks ago review. Showed up Monday at 9am and no one was there. Finally some young girl w attitude let me in. Cart rented was not the one they gave me. Took forever for cart to start and it would stall out. Dangerous. Would not let me switch. Go somewhere else.

Surprised to say, the pizza was pretty dang good, especially the cheese. Real basil in sauce. And they deliver! The funnel cake was terrible, though. And the s'mores pizza was really strange, tasted overwhelmingly of cinnamon, and not like - cinnamon sugar, like - fireball or red-hot level amount of cinnamon. 4 stars for cheese pizza, minus 1 star for desserts

Stay clear. First, we did a "Two Day Rental" for pick up in the morning. As I'm about to leave in my cart they have me sign for drop off the NEXT DAY. Basically 36 hours or I have to pay extra. Apparently A day for them means during day light. Next, the cart they gave me was so busted I'm surprised it didn't break down. It looked ok at first glance but then I got in, the power was weak, everything was so rusted it took a lot of muscle to steer it, every bit and bolt was so loose it felt like it would shake apart at every bump. The back seat LITERALLY fell off because the bolts broke off from the rust. The mirror was being held on by zip tie. It was so u comfortable we had to drive it at 5mph.Have some decency people. Don't take advantage of visitors . Get some decent carts

I only have a 1 star cause I couldn't give a 0 star. I've been dealing with cart rentals for over 10 years and this is literally the absolute worst place. We paid for a 3 day rental but only got 2 days out of it cause they go by "business days" without saying shit about that part. The cart would barely even start half of the time. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT rent from this place EVERRRRRR!

We rented a 6 seater golf cart to pick up the Sat we got into town and drop off Wednesday morning when we left. I made the reservation six months in advance and we picked up the cart that Sat when we arrive at 2 PM under the impression it would be due before 2 PM on Wed for a four day rental. Our receipt (see attached photo) vaguely says we had a 4 -day rental starting on Sat. Nowhere does it state a specific time the cart was due nor does it define Jackfishes definition of what they mean by 4-day rental. We assumed a 4-say rental starts at pickup and a day is counted as a 24-hour day. There wasn't any disclosure or statement from the company in their website, within their waiver agreement I had to sign (see photo), not on my receipt emailed to my phone (refer to photo). We returned the cart by 1030 AM Wed and spoke to Sam, the manager who told us it was due back Tues evening by 7 Pm. She told us that their definition of a day's rental is from 9a-7p the same calendar day. We told her there was no discussion not anywhere in our waiver or receipt that said it was due back by Wednesday. She proceeded to tell us we were wrong and should read their website and the waiver more closely. She also said they wrote it on the paper waiver I signed at checkout (see attached, I took this photo during this discussion when we returned the cart). I told her when I signed that paper, nothing was written nor was discussed about the drop off time and if that paper was the document they were going off of, I should've had a copy of it. As a consumer, I'm going off of what I have access to which is their website, waiver, and my emailed recipe and nowhere does it define what a "day rental" is nor state it was needed back by Wed evening. We also asked, since they consider day rental based on the calendar day and not 24-hours, if we would then get a discount since we picked up at 2 PM and our cart broke down within 2 hours later and they didn't get to our condo to replace us with a new one until around 530. So based on their calendar day policy, we were charged a full day to only have a working cart for about 3 hours and she said no. We also asked, what if we would have picked up the rental at 6 pm, we would've been charged for a full day based on their policy that it would need to be returned by 7 pm? Sam, said yes. This makes absolutely no sense and had I been made aware of their "policy" I wouldn't have reserved from them l. While Sam, my husband and I were talking, Ben, an employee kept mocking us, rolling his eyes, and moaning. Another employee was doing the same thing while clicking a pen. The whole staff completely gaslit us into making it seem it was an oversight on our part and we didn't understand them or check their policy enough. After leaving, I went to look at their reviews and there are COUNTLESS of people who have experienced the SAME THING. I also went back and looked at the waiver, website and receipt again and NOWHERE does it state their rental day is 9a-7p. This company seems to make up their own rules and profit over predatory and unethical business practices. They also seem they enjoy abusing their customers. They are aware that their business practices are doing harm to countless people and yet, still have not taken any accountability or changed things. Because of this, we will not go back nor support any other business that these owners own. I will also make it every effort to tell anyone that will listen and report their business to the appropriate agencies to put them on notice to not do this anymore. The owners of this business have several other businesses in Port Aransas (see attached photo) such as Fins, Tortuga's, Macdaddy's, Dolphin Adventures, and the Pirate Adventures that we will no longer go to because of their unethical and predatory business practices.

This company has a minimum 3 day rental which is just not customer service oriented. I would not rent from here if they were the only ones in Port A. Not accommodating at all and overpriced!

this was a bad experience, we got stuck with a cart that was absolutely horrible not like what was pictured, it had a cracked couling all the way around like someone rolled it, it looked like it was 20 years old the brakes were bad, tires were bald, and suspension was shot it not only was a danger but they should have been embarrassed to represent that as a 2 day $400 rental, the cart itself was not worth $400 I would have rather walked, I felt like my credit score went down after renting their cart

This was the first time we rented from this company. We were quite satisfied with our cart. Our biggest concern was the need for individual seat belts so we could put our grandson's car seat in safely. The girl who helped us was so pleasant and made sure I knew how to do everything on the cart. Next year, we will definitely rent from here again!
