Trash sled for extra payed for it no extra went up to the window and even asked for extra they said NO...tried calling and they wouldn't answer the phone...so now I have to leave a review or spend extra money on driving back don't go if you don't want trash go if you do! Food is okay nothing special but then it's a trashy place that doesn't care for the customer anymore.

The cashier looks miserable. :( The food was okau, I had the Sriracha burger, with small side of curly fries. Both were good, but probably just a one time try for me for the sandwich. The curly fries though was super crispy and curly; my favorite type of fries. Enjoy!

Bad customer service. Waited in drive thru line got to speaker at 11:48 am and the young lady said we are not taking orders. We were waiting in line behind 2 cars for about 6 minutes. Really couldn't send out an employee to let us know before we pulled up. So disappointed. Went back to Whataburger down street. Hoping for better service.

This is based solely on customer service. The lady taking your drive thru orders cannot process what you're asking for. I want a #28, NOT 2 tacos. I was asked repeatedly if I still wanted the tacos that I NEVER ordered. If you want to give me free tacos then SURE, but I am not paying you for anything I'm not ordering. After I corrected her, 3 times, she got snippy. Don't get mad at me, you're the one who can't hear.

Had great service and food today from this location. I highly recommend the chicken fajita pita. Drive thru was a little slow but all in all a great experience. The girl working at the window today around noon was so nice and forgiving of my forgetful brain. This location has definitely stepped it up since my previous review and I'm really grateful for that.

If you like Jerry Springer you'll love this place. Waited 15 minutes to order then was told to pull to window to order waited another 30 mins for food and got a whole episode of Jerry Springer. Manager yelling cussing at employees while trying to impress friends she was sitting with at table in lobby. Had three customers leave behind us because no one took orders. Horrible. Go ANYWHERE but there.

This place has terrible service and the wait times are outrageous for a "fast food" joint. Drove up to order just the see black screens and the guy telling me that the screens are out and we have to look up the menu on our own devices.. I then proceed to order what I want and he takes the order, tells me to pull around and park up front and waited almost 45 minutes for ONE MEAL. The weird guy in his 20's just had his friends inside talking the whole time and completely disregarding the meal until last minute. Completely incompetent and ghetto. It's such a joke, never waste your time here but then again, it's in the bluff so what do you expect.

Went up to the order window, lady said just a moment over the intercom. Proceeded to wait 30 mins!! When she came back, she apologized for the wait and said she could take our order. Ordered one thing, and she said just another moment. Wait 10 mins and decided to just leave. McDonald's across the street much faster!!!

Took them 45 mins to get a meal out, got stuck in a 4 car line, 2 ahead of me and one behind, literally just felt like driving over the curb to get out, when I asked what took so long I was told: "Sorry we will try to hurry just for you", I'm surprised at a bad response like this the restaurant is empty, literally only us 4 cars, took them long because they are all talking and hanging out inside. The food was cold and stale, I parked walked i side and demanded a refund, they gave me a refund and gave me a stink eye the whole time. I will never come back here again, horrible... horrible employees. Jack in the Box should be ashamed of this store
