I came here expecting to get the same old jack in the box nasty tacos, which always look ugly, even as a kid I remember that about jack in the box. So after ordering I was extremely suprised with how well they made them! Delicious and beautifully cooked compared to every other jack in the box In my life. The girls who took the order were amazing! Definitely coming back for all my jack in the box tacos!

So bad my dog didn't even eat it. The burger was Super dry. Stale cold fries. Sprite tastes like alka seltzer. Tacos were FREEEEEAKIN DISGUSTING! Ya never again. Counting down the minutes until what I ate comes back up

Honestly the worst place to go. I do not in anyway shape or form recommend this jack in the box. I can not believe they serve the food they do. We ordered the popcorn chicken box and the fries were disgusting and soggy with old food that was black in it. I don't even want to know when was the last time they changed the oil. I managed to avoid this particular jack in the box for years and decided to try it again and it was disgusting. Do they even have a manger on the conditions of the store? Yuck!!

First, The Drive thru is slow slow but the employee was nice and order was just like I asked for. Grilled chicken on sourdough is very tasty. Went there a third time asked for the same grilled chicken sandwich dry, no mayonnaise and all I got was bread and meat. You can see my pictures and I ordered them both dry at different visits. Daniel the manager was willing to work on making it right so I give him credit for customer service but I think I'll pass on his offer.

The service at this location #4729 is absolutely atrocious. From the moment we were greeted with a lackadaisical hello, it all went downhill from there. After ordering we waited more than 30 minutes before we finally decided the wait wasn't worth any of our time or effort and certainly not the food. The food sat out for over 15 minutes under warming light. While we waited, another party came in and ordered and was almost served before us. The bag they were given had one of our sandwiches in it. But they would have never known if we hadn't intervened. Eventually we asked for a refund and got our food at McDonald's down the street. I'm sure our order is still sitting behind the counter growing colder and colder.

Probably the most dysfunctional jack in the box , within Texas. It's a shame that the manager can't get a simple job right such as make sure it doesn't take 20 mins to respond to someone at the drive through window.

Sat in the drive thru for almost an hour waiting for my order. Service is horrible and they don't do much to make up for it. I wish I could have at least received my drink while I waited. I tried to give them a second chance today but I won't be back.

Ridiculous wait time for no reason. Pulled up at 10:25PM, with just one car ahead of me at the window. I was told they would be right with me. 10 min later I was still waiting. I wasn't going to bother with a review, but this has happened multiple times with the night crew at this location.
