Insomnia Cookies

Small shop delivers cookies big in taste. Super convenient to stop in for a late night sweet treat. Cookies are always warm, fresh and well made! With limited staffing it might take a bit to get your order of there is a wait. But trust me when I tell you, the wait is worth it.

Cookies and good! Try it with the cream cheese dip but I don't see what the hype is all about

First time to Insomnia cookies and while they were hot out of the heated oven and fresh tasting, the prices were insane. For basic cookies, because they have some different larger flavors, it was $15 for #6 cookies. This isn't an artisan bakery, it's frozen dough shipped in. Don't think I will be back, but I guess the experience of trying something new was worth the $$$??

Love their cookies they offer gluten free and vegan cookies if you are interested. I tried all the varieties and all were good.

First time and was super impressed with the warm cookies. I was able to do the BOGO buy 6 get 6 free and it was worth it. The vegan birthday cake is spectacular.

Every time I come here they're either out of the most basic stuff or bad costumer service. And then when we recently came in and they told us they weren't doing ice cream anymore. All you have to do is clean the ice cream scoop after you use it and they couldn't even do that for a costumer. If youre still open yall should be able to complete orders if it's still available. They also close earlier than they're supposed to. Not happy and will not be recommending or coming back!

Easy to find in Corpus right off of S Padre Blvd. We got a 4 pack variety pack of the large cookies (oatmeal chocolate chip, s'more, salted caramel & peanut butter). We were greeted immediately as we walked in the door. It is a smaller place with no real seating so, it is definitely a take and go place. We didn't eat them immediately, each cookie left an oily residue on our fingers. After taxes, the $ was around $18. I think they would have been better if we ate them fresh. I'll try them again when I want them "now".
