Sewage leaking from the apartment across from me. management told me it was the AC. There was nothing that could be done about it.
More roaches, my daughter was cleaning the house from top to bottom every day for a month.
The white powder is boric acid to prevent the pet problem.
All over the property you see panels Like this Torn apart because I'm sure they'll try to get to the pipes in the wall.
The back panel going into my closet cats would crawl under there and night long

If i could give zero stars, I would... I am not happy about giving them one. hmmmmm... I don't even know where to begin, this place is really that bad.I guess lets start with the roaches, this will not be you new home... this is theirs, the place is infested with them. It's a nightmare. My downstairs and next door neighbor had that AND ants. Even at home treatments and traps didn't work. The front office lady will give you the biggest attitude as well when you ask to be put on the list for an extra spray.Following that last sentence. The front desk lady (I want to say Jennifer is her name?) is unprofessional, rude, snappy, with a low class attitude... it's an inconvenience when you actually have to make her do her job (poorly). Don't even try to call the front office... I have sat at her desk as I watched her look at the phone and ignore it. So unless you spam them... they don't pick up (unless your the boss and it shows on their caller ID) as well...hmmmm.... maybe some extra customer service training, or find someone that actually wants to work, would benefit this place tremendously. Keep tabitha, she's great and super helpful and really explains and tries to work with you. the reason I have held back on this review for so long. She tries to be very helpful and professional, and from the looks of it cleaning up after the laziness of lady in the front.Ohh that reminds me.Enjoy going without water at least for one day once a week, as they have an unfixable issue apparently, or cold water... that was another recurring problem to this place as well. There is a reason as to why they give you $500 credit to refer people, this place isn't worth it and once moved in, you are ready to look for new places. Besides, they raised the rent and it's about $900 said and done with water allocated and extra charges... for a crummy 1 bedroom that has a lingering moldy smell. The money you THINK you're saving is false and will cost you in the end with the issues. They drag their knuckles when it comes to blasting out announces and emergency announcements, by the time they do... you've already figured out you don't have water and had to walk to the office since they never answer their office phones. There's plenty of great places that will cost you 100 bucks less or the same price, please just don't settle on this place. I wish someone would have made a review like this, that I could have seen BEFORE I ever bumped into this place. BEWARE. And I hope you find a great place to live, it just won't be here. You also will not get your deposit back, so don't even try to deep clean. my move out pictures you could smell the clean (haha) thats how much elbow grease and bleach I put into it. You'll still be charged, so do with that information as you will. And to put into retrospect.I'm a quiet clean tenant, I got along and spoke with most of my neighbors until they either moved out or I did. I have great rental history, and many of the office ladies can vouch for me being quiet and sweet . I pay my bills on time, and avoid complaining or any form of confrontation. I don't enjoy these negative reviews. However, I feel the need that this could help someone else out for my negative living experience. There's honestly more, but I think I made my point about this place. Keep driving when you see this place. Tt's an unnecessary headache, It's a trap.Goodluck.(:

Where do I even start? First, I have to state that these apartments are under new management and seem to have been making lots of changes when I was leaving. That last month it was quiet, all the bad people moved out and they started cleaning up the property, removing the trash from the dumpster areas, etc. My first 2 months were great. No issues, peaceful, neighbors were respectful. Then, slowly things started to fall apart. Electricity stopped working properly, plumbing was always wonky. The water was either Ice Cold or Boiling Hot. The toilet stopped working after 6 months living there. Never was fixed! I had to fill a 5 gallon bucket of water to flush the toilet. There was roaches everywhere. I had to do my own pest control even though they charged me $14 a month fee. Then the nightmare neighbors moved in. I swear it was like an entire family that moved into the complex. They would always gather at the pool, Bit of advice, stay away from living by the pool!! These gangster kids would make noise all night, playing their loud boom bass all night, and my neighbors were the same way. Bass rattling the walls, they were smoking meth all night, I could smell it in my place. I could hear them arguing and talking every night. It was so bad I moved my bed into my living room. I tried to get the management to do something and they never did anything. They told me that these people were section 8 and I needed to hire a lawyer and get a case manager to look into my case about them. There was 8 people living in that apartment including 6 babies. It was a fu****g nightmare! Please tread with caution when considering that they lease to section 8 families. There is no control over what these people do. They have ZERO respect for their neighbors.

I moved in in September and I was out by December 1st. I didn't have hot water most of the time that I lived here there was a tremendous pest control issue. When I caught Britney lying about pest control coming out because my daughter had been there all day waiting for them. She threatened to find me because I hadn't had her to my lease. Even though she didn't live there she was only here long enough for me to get settled in to my new apartment. By showerhead continued to get clogged and I would have poor drainage. My shower head was replaced 3 times that I realized it was because of all the debris that was coming out of my water faucet. There was tons of sand and black and grained flex of stuff coming out of my water. Britney argued with me telling me that it was an accustomed. Build up on my showerhead even though the shower had been replaced 3 times since I've lived there. I was not expecting this to be the best of the best. But I could see that they were working on it and it looked like they were doing good renovasians, but her poor behavior and not owning up to the problems in the apartment and blaming it on me and accusing me of having excessive maintenance requests is where I draw the line and had. To move out. I encourage you to walk around and look at the building. What you see on the outside is what you get on the inside. I had a newly renovated upgraded unit and still had all of these problems.

Here is our latest dealings with Indigo Apartments. You can decide whether you want to live here.Indigo contracts a landscaping Company to cut the grass & weeds. Everytime they landscape, they throw grass clipping into my apartment's outside unit & plug up its condenser coil.So thanks to that landscaping company, we now are sitting in a hot apartment at the beginning of August & at 11pm its 83 deg in here.AC Guy said it'll be a couple of days before he can get a new outside unit installed.AND in addition to that 2 days ago the renter above our apartment left their faucet running & water overflowed & dripped down into our bedroom, all over our bed, & pillow, our HP Laptop computer, our surge protector, my wife's expensive gown that was hanging in the closet, our Cannon scanner/printer......ALL of which are ruined. We have renters insurance, & so far our renters insurance seems to be a hassle so...Meanwhile, Indigo didn't cut the water off to the building for almost an hour, so as quickly as we tried to move our things to save them, there was so much water leaking in different places, so our property is ruined. My wife told Indigo to first check the 7 other apartments in our building to make sure a faucet wasn't left running. (& that's what it ended up being!)But did Indigo do that?Nah! Why would they do that??...Instead Indigo Apartments decided it would be way better to just leave the water turned on & cut holes in the ceiling to try to see where the leak is coming fromSo, our expensive stuff is ruined. Some of our stuff may not of become ruined, had they just cut off the water FIRST & then checked the faucets in the other units.Well, to make matters even worse Indigo didn't have any drop cloths, so all the drywall dust went all over the floor in our bedroom AND my wife suffers from severe Asthma.AND they didn't even have to cut drywall, had they just listened to my wife's advice!AND....yeah, it gets better.AND Indigo didn't even clean up the water mess or their mess!Yours Truely had to clean it all up. I am off work due to having a broken right hand, right wrist & right arm. I just recently got out of the hospital after having a titanium plate installed in my wrist.I can do some things with my right arm, wrist & hand, but I am still recovering. I haven't even started my physical therapy yet.& we told the maintenance guy this, & he still left me to clean it all up.So yeah....I'm a little bit irritated with Indigo right now.I had to remove the water, & clean, dry & sanitize our apartment.Indigo just left us in a bedroom with water damages.Didn't dry it.Didn't clean it.Didn't put the sheetrock back up.There is still a hole in our bedroom ceiling where Indigo just left & didn't come back to patch it up!The maintenance guy said he'd be back yesterday to put up the sheetrock.....but was a no show.Since then, I have physically gone to the office, but there's a sign that says "Closed Until Further Notice".So we put in yet another maintenance request.& today our AC went out.So when tthe AC guy showed up today, we asked him about getting the sheet rock hole closed up & he basically said he didn't have time to address it & he was only here for the AC.So as a ditch effort to try to keep unconditioned, hot & dirty air that will land my wife in the ER with an asthma attack, I taped cardboard over the hole in the ceiling....& Indigo didn't provide us with a window AC or portable AC unit. Supposedly they ordered a new outside condensing unit. They just left us in the heat. Its been about 2 days, & we are still waiting to see if they will get a new outside unit installed.

Worse place I've ever lived! Water boiler always goes out. Been without hot water for almost 3 weeks now. People who live here have no respect as far ask keeping the property clean. The so called gated community is not really gated as it's gates are always broken!

I currently live in one of 3CM's properties in Corpus Christi, Indigo Apartments. I strongly suggest that you avoid this property! I live in a studio apartment that has sewerage leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, down through cabinets, walls and electrical outlets. Due to the sewage leaking, apportion of the ceiling fell down and was covered in mold. I put a work order in but no response. When I contacted the office regarding the issue I was told a work order would be issued and maintenance would be out to assess/repair the problem. I would sit for days waiting in an environment that was making me ill. When maintenance did arrive he would fix what he could but the problem kept happening or new area's would start leaking. Would do follow up calls to the office and was told he has 2 work orders ahead of mine and would get out right after. Still didn't show. The first time I had a problem I had placed a work order through the system and I would check to see what the status was currently. After a month, problem not fixed, and found the office had closed it out. Checked yesterday and the work order is no longer in the system! Contacted a rep from San Antonio office who didn't know I was having issues and she would contact someone to come over from another property to see the problem. When maintenance did arrive I asked if he was responding to a text from the office or from the rep. It was the office. I'm assuming she never contacted anyone. Was by the office told that the rep would be in the office yesterday around 11:45-12 and they would call me to come in to discuss options. No call and when I tried calling office manager answered and immediately put me on hold. When finally able to reach the manager she said rep wouldn't be here until the next day.
