Lisa did an AMAZING job!!! Hand painted little petals on nails and I tend to shake from time to time! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!!

Most salons take forever to do your nails but Impression nails and spa was very fast but very calm! I love it here I definitely will be coming here more often!

Absolutely loved this place! I was stuck in Corpus and desperate for a mani/pedi and had amazing services on both! This place offers hard gel which I love and did a wonderful job! Very relaxing and lovely ambiance too. Eric did my nails and was so helpful with giving guidance on what colors to choose, based on the picture I showed him. Can't wait to come back whenever I'm in town!

I'm not one to leave a negative review. But I think it's a chance for them to grow. My toes and that of the part my were TERRIBLE. They aren't even, our feet aren't soft. No leg massage, nothing ... And it was HELLA expensive. $80 dollars for a pedicure. Now let's talk about our nails. One of the ladies in my party was cut and bleeding even before the mani even started! The tech had just started with the cuticles! We kept being told we couldn't have powder for long nails, my nails are crooked and different lengths. And I was charge the price for a new set when it was just an overlay of my nails. The color is weird - My friend didn't even get a full mani but was charged full mani prices. I spent almost 300 dollars for myself and my daughter. My friend spend another 100. For crappy service. And crappy nails. We won't be back. And we won't suggest it to other people.

I use to love this salon but over the years customer service and wait times have become horrible. Today I waited 40 minutes before I realized people that came in after me were already seated to be serviced. 15 more minutes went by and no one checked on me or gave me and update. I just got up and left since everyone seemed busy. Another time before this I got my nails filled and the nail fell off 20 minutes after I got them done. I did not ding it anywhere, I just got in my car and drove to a restaurant. When I returned to have them fix it, a woman yelled at the guy who did my nails while he was doing Someone else's nails. She then took me to her station annoyed and did not put a tip or shape my nail to match the other nails at all. She also got the wrong color which I told her was wrong and she insisted it was correct. I just sat there very uncomfortable and left when she was done.

DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE NAIL TECHS - SKILL WISE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WISE. You would be more satisfied seeing your money burn! The man (older Vietnamese male wearing Apple Watch) broke my nail and his response was "Oh it broke. Be careful." He then proceeded to put clear top coat on it, turn the fan on, then walk off never to return. I never go here but my regular nail salon was booked and busy. I go to Target for errands for the mean time and spot this place. I decided to give it a try since I only needed a simple service: to get my dip nails removed & a regular manicure and a clear top coat or something. I wanted to give my real nails, which I take great care of a break from all the dip manicures I'd been getting. Well, the man starts off by trying to get me to upgrade to a shellac manicure. When I turn him down, I sense he's annoyed. I asked if they did dip, but he didn't want to talk to me anymore. Ok, that's fine. I sit there quietly ENDURING the rough way this man is working on my nails. First of all, he electrically files down my nails - no foil/acetone soak - just straight files my nails down. He asks what shape I want, I say round, he gives me something closer to almond. Whatever I'll get over it but the way this man was yanking & twisting my fingers was just really inconsiderate - making me feel like my hand is deformed or something. He also filed my skin at certain points. The whole manicure was one of the most uncomfortable things I had to sit through. What's most ridiculous is that he breaks my nail and is so blasé about it. He doesn't do anything to try to fix it and at that point, I'm glad because I just want to leave ASAP. I'm really pissed off because this happened almost a month ago but I'm still suffering discomfort because of what he did. I have to repeatedly cut my nail to a nub when it grows out because it gets caught in things and gets pulled causing me pain. AND HOW WAS THIS GARBAGE SERVICE WORTH $25?! My fault that I agreed to pay that price AND ADD A $5 TIP. I will never step foot here and I warn everyone who even thinks of it. Just look at all the other women in the reviews who these crooks have messed up!!

I asked for a medi/pedicue. I was quoted a price before taking and another after sitting in chair. The quality was poor, a 1 out of a 5. The atmosphere was not a good zen.

Horrible service! Avoid. There are so many better options in the area. Bad communication. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional.

i came here before and it was pleasant staff,good quality, and i received the file used on me. this time i came in a little over an hour before close while it was still busy and i was not the last person to arrive. i asked for a new full set with tips and a design, she didn't know how to do the design so i told her nevermind and just do french tips. when she applied the tips i wanted them long but they were the curved tips so i could only get them so long. during the whole application she was not happy and seemed annoyed and even had a sigh of relief when i said just do a solid color, no french tips. i left after the service was done since she seemed in a hurry to get rid of me and was not happy. they are thick, short and an unflattering shape, along with bleeding cuticles from her rough drilling. i asked for their refund policy on the phone and was told they have none and do not do refunds. nail salon doesn't take pride in their work and just wants clientele in and out. paid $65 for a nail set that should have been no more than $55.
