This IHOP is well managed and the servers are experienced and can anticipate your needs. When it's busy they work quickly to get you served so the wait times for this place are reasonable. It's worth the wait

This place is terrible. I will not go back. This bus boy had camouflaged coverings on his face walking with a trash can. Then, he passes our table splashing water and dirty spoons ON THE FLOOR!!! He kept walking. The manager didn't say a word. Then, we witnessed a waitress folding silverware. Almost every silverware she touched, it had something on it so she would wipe it on her dirty shirt. The floor was sticky and nasty! We asked for coffee and the guy couldn't pour without shaking. Next, we went to pay and they were talking about a worker who was in rehab for crystal meth! This place had many workers working in a daze, sitting down watching us etc. it was my FIRST and LAST time going. We didn't eat

We used to love this location. We were craving breakfast food at 4:30ish PM and drove here. Only a couple of cars in the lot so we figured we'd get in and out without too much contact with others (covid numbers rising) and we could sit somewhat isolated. Well, we stand at the hostess stand for about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We could see several servers and kitchen personnel huddled around a computer...but no one stopped to sit us. So we're seated away from others with menus. We decide what we want...and we wait. And we wait. Servers walk around along the back wall, but not one of them look our way. So after about 15, almost 20 minutes of waiting we get up and leave. Not one server tried to stop us to see if we could be helped.We drove to the other location, got seated promptly (it also had only a couple cars in the lot) and we got our order taken promptly and delivered quite fast. What a contrast. And the south location is supposed to be the 'good ihop.' NOPE.

I was visiting corpus for a graduation and was out with friends. The waitress was super kind and polite, but the wait time for our food was ridiculous (about 1 hour and a bigger party finished before us which they got there after us) The floors were slippery, although we were given a verbal warning... there were no signs put up. The bathrooms were unkept. I understand staff shortage and overwhelming amount of parties can affect service, however, it wasn't exactly all that busy that night (around 3 am) Once we finally started , one of my friends was left waiting even longer for their food. And to end our experience, i didn't get to finish my plate because my stomach began cramping and the food came back up, unfortunately. I wasn't aware that the bacon had gone bad until I ate one and turned the other one over to find a darker grey-ish coloring on it like mold spots. I brought it to their attention and management denied the mold calling it "charr". Considering I only had one meal that day and this was the one nighting-out I did not go drinking, it was obvious that this food was what caused the food poisoning which really hit hard and quick. Please keep an eye on your food. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else because I like IHOP and have never been let down by the others I've visited in the past but not all locations are the same, especially with large franchises like this.

Honestly I don't even want to write this post but here we go. I just want to say the waiter was amazing. They were sweet and understanding and attentive to what we needing. Along with the manager who was also very sweet.But The floors felt like I just poured a tub of crisco on them and could slid all around. Even my service dog was slipping her way to the door once leaving. The smell of the area we were sitting at just smelt like wet dirty rags. Along with the table, it just had this aroma of dirty mop buckets. My spouse had the Cali Roasted Turkey Melt which seemed like a good choice but when handed the plate we were a little Surprised. The bread wasn't just a little toasted. That thing was HIGHLY toasted. Meaning burnt. My spouse truly did try to eat it. Took two bites and just couldn't bear another bite as their mouth was getting cut from the burnt edges. I had gotten a classic bowl and man I typically don't add salt / pepper to my dishes but I HAD to for this meal. There was no flavor. Like none. Zilch. Nada. I even had to add some ketchup. It just consisted of eggs hash browns & bacon. Nothing to crazy. We did complain to the manager and they were just sweet and apologetic about it and took the sandwich off. Im sure they were busy, low amount of workers perhaps. Just swamped. Truly. I get it. I've worked the industry before. But man to have unsatisfactory food is always a sad time

Management and service was stunningly bad. Wanted an easy start to my day and decided to Grubhub breakfast, BIG MISTAKE! First wait was forty five minutes. Not bad, totally acceptable. Was tracking my order when I noticed the driver sitting at the restaurant for quite some time. Ten minutes after the food was supposed to arrive, the driver texted and they had been waiting thirty minutes and were told it would be an additional one to two hours before the food would be ready. The order was an omelette and pancakes. I'm sorry IHOP, your food is mediocre at best. Definitely not for a potential two and a half hour wait. Clearly management incorrectly staffed this location. I am recommending you to choose a different company to patronize and actually get to enjoy your breakfast.

Love coming to this branch on SPID on Sunday mornings. We time it just right between 10-11 am .The crew here is really hopping with great servers, fast table clearing and turn around. The food is always delish and large portions. Today's server Sierra was dressed up in her pixie headwear ...so cute !4 th visit and still great !!

Menu says 4 pancakes, you will only get two. Restaurant also forgot the 2 pancakes in my 2x2x2 meal. Food was good.

I went with some friends and all the food came out an hour later and cold.There were also roaches right by the kitchen and one crawled on my friends leg. I told the lady serving us and said she would tell the manager and they didn't do anything about it.

Long wait for food. Food came but only a partial amount. Seems they made my order, three times instead of the other two orders. My food was cold along with my wife's French toast. Hope this was an isolated incident.
