I need to preface this by saying I love a good dig. I mean, I really love digging. My senses are like metal detectors and my hands are shovels in any record store. As someone who has spent time in many awkward spots digging around for vinyl, I have to say this place was the most comfortable digging spot I have ever experienced.Yes, the music selection is eclectic and not full of popular stuff you'd hear on the radio, but if you like to spin a variety of albums- they have that scratch to your itch at many price points (including more than a decent amount of $1 albums from all genres).I personally collect a lot of twist, conjunto, mariachi, & Tejano... and found exactly what I loved- many of which were $1. Are the $1 albums Mint graded? Oh heck no. Are they playable with a little cleaning? Absolutely. As a digger, I really really really appreciated how most of the digging was at eye-level or accessible via step-stool. Minimal time was spent splayed out on the floor as a trip hazard by yours truly. There are some at floor level, but the majority is up high, which I loved! There are also a few new releases, RSD exclusives, and a well curated selection of different genres. The prices are very fair as well. You could come here with a $10 bill and have as much fun as someone with two $100 bills. What I loved, too, was how digestible the entire selection was- it wasn't overwhelming to thumb through the entire display when visiting. The folks working at the shop are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait to come back to see what goodies await for this vinyl treasure hunter next.

Absolutely love this shop, stop by every time I'm in town. One of my favorite shops in Texas, Carlos always knows what he has which makes it an easier experience.

Best record store I've been in since I started collecting! Carlos and Josh are really cool dudes. The shop has a good selection in all formats. If there's something you can't find they're always willing to hunt it down or place a special order. Awesome shop not just to buy but hang out talk about music movies whatever just shoot the breeze. I live about an hour and a half away from the shop and I make it in at least a couple times a month. It's worth the drive. Tons of cool shop merch. They'll take care of you here. If you can't make it in hit up their social media always willing to do online orders and ship to you. They go above and beyond I couldn't ask for a better record store.

Great shop with an ever-changing assortment of new and used records, books, videos, and stereo equipment. Carlos and Josh are great guys with real love for music who will happily shoot the breeze about what's good in the shop and go deep on their or your love/hate/confusion for various musical artists or other nooks of pop culture (though don't try talking smack about the Spurs). If you're not seeing what you want, talk to them about it! They're always up for hunting things down or taking special orders. And keep your ears open for word on the free shows that happen there with various local and touring acts. It is the consummate neighborhood record shop.

This is the most horrible record store I have been in and I have been in a lot! Went in on 8/24 and the music playing was HORRIBLE with the f*** word about every other word, guy didn't say a word to us, got up from his chair and went behind the counter to sit.

I had my Hope's up with the super cool window action. Sadly, it was like getting a cold coffee that wasn't supposed to be cold. I'm ok with a record store that I dont find anything in as long as someone could. The selection here is pretty close to the dollar bin at half price. They just dont have records of artist that most people still listen to. Dan Fogleberg, Leon Russell, Art Garfunkel, and so on. Not.slamming any of those artists but let's face it, no one gives a crap about those records. Small selection of bad old records.

This guy knows exactly what he's talking about when it comes to all things media, and most other things too. It's hard to find a good record store that can give you detailed information on everything in the store, but Carlos manages to make it happen. He has a personal experience with every single piece in his shop, and will guide you well in browsing his inventory. He just opened, and his selection is (relatively) small, but he has the best of the best in each section. He absolutely has the best punk/hardcore selection in town. If you're not into vinyl, then his CD, cassette, and merch options are also impressive. Well done, Carlos.

This is a little hidden gem for vinyl collectors in the Corpus Christi area. We travel down there from San Antonio pretty often to go fishing. Once I found this place I made it a part of our road trip ritual to stop there on our way back home. I always leave there feeling like I found a piece of lost treasure. Love that place.
