Huvar's Artisan Market

We drove there for a pizza, which is on their menu, BUT they don't serve pizza until after 8pm!!! We decided to dine there anyway and the Spinach Artichoke Chicken sandwich and Sunrise Burger were delicious. Worth the drive.

I have been here for breakfast and lunch thus far and super pleased with each visit. The Huvar burger is one of the best around. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is very friendly. This place is a gem in downtown Victoria.

Love this little hiding place! First time visiting, service was a tad slow (my opinion) place filled up quickly at High Noon!! Get the Basil Hummus (appetizer) very delicious. I got the Buffalo Chicken wrap (without cheese) and kettle chips. Portion was enough for two people and overall was pretty good. A little loud and tables are close together but otherwise love the decor. Price was $45 for two people which I thought was expensive for a sandwich shop.

Stopped at Huvar's for lunch today...It is a beautiful, cozy little restaurant in a really cute area of downtown Victoria!Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of our food. We were hungry and I forgot! We ordered the City Hall salad, the Pimento Cheese Sandwich, and the Chicken Salad sandwich. All were delicious! The Chicken Salad was so incredibly seasoned and all of the bread was perfectly toasted. The meals coming out around us were all beautifully presented and looked scrumptious as well.Service was great! They had multiple servers working the very full dining area. It was a tad bit slow at times, but we were there at the very busiest time of day. I applaud the staff for their hard work and attentiveness! [the restaurant is really cold, so bring a jacket! the food was so good that I didn't feel like it should lose a star for being cold... but it was crazy cold! ]

Love pizza night when they get it right! Don't go hungry because they do take a good min for the food to arrive. All in all it's a great place to hang out with friends over a glass of wine

Food is good, service is slow. Nice spot for lunch downtown. If you're on a limited lunch break, definitely order ahead or to-go, or you'll be late getting back to work.

English brekky was great option and fair price. Added single pancake, $4 a bit steep.1 of 3 customers dining, about 8:45 on a Tuesday morning.

We picked up lunch here and was great. The sandwich ingredients were fresh and it was executed very well. Tasted delicious. Soup was also hot and tasty. Onion rings were crispy, lightly breaded (the way I like it). Service was very friendly and efficient. It has a good market vibe but was kinda loud when I was picking up from the counter; may not best suited for a conversation.

The atmosphere was charming, and the food was delicious. I had the turkey melt, and my boyfriend enjoyed the chicken fried steak sandwich. The servers were very friendly and attentive over all it was a good experience.

I loved the pimento cheese sandwich and the Greek salad. The lemon kale salad is delicious as well. I also appreciated Emily's excellent service! She was so kind and patient with answering all my questions.
