Service was non-exist. Yet they have tables & menus to eat there. She bugged us 3-4x in the few minutes we were looking over menu. We had traveled most of day, were hot & tired, looking forward to a good, relaxing dinner. But no...No silverware, no plates. Gave us 1 plastic fork each. Charged us for water when she had no diet soda. No napkins. And server/counter She was rude. For the pleasure of eating from styrofoam for 2 people Bill was $43. We packed everything up & went home.Btw, after we got it home since so we could use real cutlery, and plates, everything was way over salted and bland/tasteless. Egg roll was burnt. Skip this place.

There were bugs in our sauces. She is rude. The prices on the menu are not what they charged. It was $89 for 4 people!!! We were overcharged $18. The entrees were $10.95 each. They charge $1 for the ice in our tea. Don't eat here! They refused to accept responsibility.

I will start by saying this place is very clean and the locals seem to enjoy it. This is the only Chinese in town, I believe. I arrived early for the lunch buffet that runs from 11-2pm. By noon the locals were streaming in and piling their plates high. I would give the food a 3 star rating because it's not the greatest tasting. But it's not the worst either. It was just average. But desserts are offered as well as plenty of meat dishes. There was one tray of cabbage and I would have liked some broccoli and or green beans too. The egg drop was okay. I really wanted hot n sour soup but it had pork in it and I don't eat pork. Drinks and table service come fast. The restrooms are very clean, although old and outdated.I'm just passing through town today. I would eat here again if I didn't have time for a long stay. Otherwise I would give other local restaurants a try.

Better than nothing. Only Chinese in Cuero. Food was edible, but bland and kind of tasteless. But not offensive. Beef broccoli, and moo goo Gai pan were our main dishes. Positive part is vegetables were fresh and not over cooked. Broccoli still had a snap to it. Crab Rangoon was mediocre but edible although very sweetish, and don't think it had crab in it but maybe.Iced tea was fine. Our bill overall was $23. Was take out. Order taker was not very friendly or engaging. I'll probably try again, bring it home and toss with my garlic, and seasonings. Cuero just doesn't have a lot of choices other than fast food, bbq or Mexican so you do what you gotta do.

Honestly, the ambience could be better but, hey, it's Cuero, and I'm just happy to have a restaurant in the area (outside of Victoria) that has something other than BBQ and Tex-Mex.That said, I chiefly come here to get take-out meals of chicken fried rice, and I've never had a single order where it's "crusty on top." (And that said, I've never eaten the buffet, either.) It's delicious, frankly, and they give you a LOT of it. When I first visited from Goliad, I mainly expected to get it in those little Chinese take-out containers, but they put it in this huge styrofoam take-out container. It lasted me two days, and it tasted great for all that time.

My family and I had a very good experience here! I ordered the orange chicken and it comes with rice, but I also ordered a side of noodles. My dinner was really good and came out hot.

Not bad. A little old building but serves decent food. If you want Chinese food with out driving 30 plus miles. This is the place to go.

This place is horrible!! Do not eat here... Everything was old on the Buffett and even crusty on top. The service is not good... And the price of the buffet is high at 10.95 for dinner. The Chinese place in yoakum is much better than this. We will not return.

Finally tried this place and was pleasantly surprised. Lo mein was excellent along with the eggs rolls. Who ibassume were the owners were very ffriendly.

I really liked the food I ordered for delivery. It was still hot and fresh when I got it and it was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor.
