Why do all bad things happen on Fridays or weekends???

I've been using Hub City for my farm, home and rental properties for over 8 years. They have always been as prompt as I can expect them to be. Repairing garage doors isn't something anyone wakes up and decides to do, it's usually urgent. They have always given me a rough timeframe on arrival and YES they will call you 30-60 minutes out for a better estimate. In fact, I have them set up for this afternoon to deal with a repair. Not much more one can say about a service business other than they are dependable and are willing to work around renters schedules as well and mine. They also call and give me a price estimate before they begin the actual repairs which I appreciate.

DONT EVER CALL! Tells me over phone that it is a Free Consultation but when guy calls me to come to my house he wants to charge me $50.00 just to look at it. How is that a free consultation? If you charge then you shouldn't tell people it's a "Free Consultation". Never ever calling these guys again.

I had Hub City install the garage doors on my home. The installation went great, but I was not provided with any remote openers. On the day after the installation was completed, while on the phone paying for the job, I inquired about my remotes. I was told that "no one gets remotes anymore, because all the modern vehicles have the buttons that can be programmed." Since my vehicles had those buttons, I thought nothing of it. For more than a year I did not park my vehicles in the garage, as I used that space as a work area to conduct the trim carpentry operation on completion of the interior of the home. When I finally got around to wanting to program my door openers, I discovered that remotes are required to do so. I called Hub City, explained the situation, and was essentially called a liar. I was told that remotes were on my ticket (which doesn't prove anything), and I was also told that it was impossible that any Hub City employee had said to me what I relayed. Further, I was told that I was not on the jobsite, which I know very well that I was. I have kept a daily log while building the house, and my credit card transactions for that time period bear out that I was indeed in town. Since I had no other place to be, I was certainly on the jobsite.Brandon (apparently the sales manager) kept repeating over and over that it had been two years since installation, even though I thoroughly explained what I have here described.I don't do business with people that call me a liar, and I caution anyone who is thinking of using them, to reconsider. There is nothing more unprofessional than making claims about a customer that have no basis in fact, and they don't deserve to prosper, when they act in such a manner.

Save yourself some aggravation and wasted time. When their repair people didn't show for a 8:30 a.m. appointment, I called and was told "we don't make appointments". They said they could call me later but couldn't tell me when that would be either. I took the day off from work to meet them but clearly the customer is not someone they appreciate or want to serve. Trust me - call one of their competitors.

I did not hire them to do fence motor replacement a year ago . Bay Ltd contracted them out after construction through the city on Morgan Ave made my automatic gate inoperable . He failed to add accessories ie omron eye sensor that operates gate and Brandon sales rep said just the motor and tried to displace responsibility on Bay construction. Under warranty but have to pay for services for an important part of my gate. Unprofessional from Anna who answered my call to Brandon. I never knew they replaced motors but quickly learned I would have never have hired them . 0 review from a customer if I could give 0 .

This business is very unprofessional. Girl answering phones laughed when we told her that we cannot wait all day for the technician to call us when he is 30 minutes away. When we recommended that they provide a time frame, like many businesses do, she simply said "we don't do that here" and when we said we didn't have all day to wait around (it was already 4:30pm) she laughed and said "I don't know what to tell you". We asked the manager to call us back to discuss and no call back. Very Rude receptionist and tried to claim we were rude for asking when we could expect someone to "finally" arrive that day, which they did not by the way, they came the following day.
