Housing Made Easy

I would prefer to give no stars-- but 1 was the lowest I could go. My husband and I went in to see if we could get approved. We parted with $1000 dollars in earnest money. Then our salesperson does a disappearing act. When I reached out to go a different route, she said she was leaving the company because they weren't doing people right. We completed the paperwork back in October for a refund, I waited the 15 business days I was told to wait and nothing ever happened. We have reached out countless times at this point always being told the manager Terra is unavailable and will call us back-- left voicemails, sent texts, and numerous phone calls. All to no avail. Very frustrated that we will probably never get our money back. Would not recommend at all. She is definitely not doing people right.

i do NOT recommend this company. They are horrible, Terrah and Tonya preyed on my elderly mother. They took her longe money and stopped responding to her.

If you are in the process of getting a home, then look no further. Housing Made Easy is the absolute best! Without a doubt, their professionalism, attentiveness, and caring will have you floored! From Terra all the way to the assistant, Kalista, the experience has been tremendous! Highly recommend!!!
