Hot Beans Coffee Stop

Man o man I wanted to give this place a good review to start and kick off this new coffee company in Floresville but after multiple attempts to get the company to chat with me about my experience they didn't answer so I'll share awayI drove through Hot Beans excited to try the newest jive in our area. I am a coffee purist and will order plain coffee, especially the first time. So I asked if they had drip coffee which the server looked at me confused and said yes after a few seconds. So I told her I would like two larges and she told me $6 and to pull around the building. It took a little while before the coffees came out and when I went to take my first drink I was expecting a little tinge from being hot but boy was I wrong- there wasn't even a little steam coming from the cups and could have been served as iced coffee and no one would know the difference. I also didn't get a receipt, and after contacting the company in two different avenues I got one for $6.50 I gave the company time to contact me back and try to rectify my poor experience but never did they reply. I will not return and will drive further for my coffee.

Very fast and friendly service, house coffee was hot and good, my son ordered a Frappe and gave it a 7 out of 10 compared to Starbucks. If the flag is out, they are open. We recently moved to Floresville from San Antonio and will spend as much of my money in the local community. Support local

Why are there no photos to see of this coffee shop? I would be more motivated to visit this establishment if I had some kind of visual.
