BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE! If there is a way to give 0 stars I could! I recently bought several pieces of furniture and spent a good amount of money to be treated like dirt. The table was damaged from the beginning which I immediately took back and they tried to blame me that I did it. I am an honest person and this was insulting to be treated like this. Then my rustic furniture is so rough you get splinters touching it and can't even use a rag to wipe it and now the wax color has already come off in places. I tried to go into the store to get help from them on how to fix my furniture. They did not believe me when I tried to tell them how rough it was. I was very polite. One gentleman showed me a product to help polish the furniture which was never shown or explained to me when I bought it. We walked around the store to try to find a piece with similar roughness, which there were none. He kindly showed me how to use the product anyway. When he used the product on a dark color furniture like the one I had and the brown color wiped off on the rag. Then he used it on a natural piece with no stain and no color came off. Then he said oh see this one is clean. After we walked around the store, and saw how all the other pieces were much smoother than mine even though it is supposed to be a rustic style he offered to get his manager. The owner came out and offered no help, was told there are no warranties, he rudely told me they would not do anything. I asked if I could bring the table in just so he could look at it and he refused to even consider it. I asked to get the manufacturer information to see if they would be able to help me in any way and was told no, they would not share the name of the manufacturer with me. I am a small framed older female and he bowed up and came at me like a little punk, and started aggressively saying get out of my store over and over again while kicking me out the door. Never in my life have I ever been treated this way. Not once did I ever raise my voice to him nor was I unkind or degrading. I only was nicely asking questions about my purchase to try to fix it. His behavior was absolutely unacceptable. What business would ever think this is they way to treat customers that just came looking for help with a product they sold. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS.
