I do not typically leave reviews, however, after being rescheduled once and no-showed on as of today, I felt the need to share my experience with this company. I was told my delivery would be at 9am today. I waited until 1130 am to call just to give them some time to show up. I was then told they are not sure where their employee was at and I would be called back. Another HOUR went by and I called back, I was told she just found out her employee was out sick and they only have ONE person to do assemblies and the soonest she could reschedule is Monday between 9-11am. Let me also include this detail...YOU HAVE TO PRE-PAY for their service!!!! Since we have already paid and have waited 2 months for this playscape, clearly I am going to wait until Monday, but I told the rep if the service man is not here by 11 am on Monday I am calling her every 5 min, her response was "it won't be the first time" with a giggle... I told her it was sad to hear that it was a common thing to have customers upset enough with their service to call like that. All I can say at this point is I hope it is worth the wait!
