Hogan Homes

Check their BBB rate before considering this company, their FB reviews are fake.We attempted to build a home with Hogan and have had nothing but issues. Sloppy work and the supervisor tried to gaslight us saying crooked beams, busted brick, and smeared paint all over the baseboards was "normal." For a brand new home. There's been so much headache trying to get them to fix all their mistakes we just want out of the contract and our deposit back, but now no one is available to talk to. No one will give us the name or number of anyone to talk to (the only number we got was for a woman who is on maternity leave..), and we absolutely cannot move into a NEW house that was built this poorly. This is insane.

Hpgan Homes are not worth the money. There are many issues they refuse to address whether you are within your warranty period or not. They build these houses too fast and damn near refuse to fix what is wrong. Many neighbors have mold growing in their homes because of this incomptence. Do not buy a Hogan Home, you are better off living in a 30 year old home.
