I have had poke all over the country (lived in Hawaii for many years). I consider it one of my favorite dishes and this was okay. A 1.5/5 compared to actual Hawaiian Poke. For mainland I'd give it a 3.5. First place I have tried in Texas but will keep searching for better before I consider coming back.Service was good. Staff was friendly. Served chipotle style, build as you go. Other then that, that's the extent of your interaction. The ambiance was nice, quiet, relaxing, with cafeteria vibes. Nothing super fancy but it was clean. Pretty dead for 1230 in the afternoon. Pros: -Lots of toppings. They mix them for you. -Milk Tea also served (a lot of options for toppings as well)Cons:-The imitation crab they use is not the typical crab salad I'd typically see in a poke bowl. It does not carry the sweet, meaty flavor of the stringier version. It resembles the imitation crab you buy in a can.-The flavor was off. I could not pinpoint it but it was kind of bland, slightly fishy/metallic tasting. It could have been the imitation crab. Not sure.-Bubble tea was not my fav. I just got the original but that could have been a poor choice on my part. -The 3 protein bowl with a milk tea came out to $18 and change. Seemed like a lot for a poke bowl/drink for the quality.

Amazing poke bar! I loved their food, everything is so fresh and delicious, their dressings are super tasty. Prices are very good for the portions and their milk tea is delicious! Cute little place in the south side. The person in the counter was super helpful.

We liked it so much that we came here twice on our vacation! I wished we lived closer, we would be regulars. The portions were good, and everything tasted fresh. The service was friendly and fast both times we visited. The Thai teas were good, and not too sweet. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Skimpy portions and refill of diet soda costs. This place is lacks on every aspect: food, costs, and portion size for your money. Stay away from this place.

Best poke place in town! It's always so fresh and satisfying. The portions are large and they do not hesitate to fill up your bowl which is much appreciated!

I really wasn't expecting a legit poke place in CC but I was pleased with Hawaii Poke. While the poke crazy is super trendy right now, that means a lot of places like Hawaii Poke are popping up aka fast casual Chipotle style poke. There's nothing wrong with it but I prefer a more traditional approach to poke. However, if businesses like this streamline poke and bring it to the masses, why not?You go in, order as you go, pay and go on your way. I kept mine to a somewhat minimum with rice and spring mix, ahi and yellowtail, spicy sauce, edamame, seaweed salad and cucumbers. I find too many add-ins take away the true meaning of poke so I like to keep it down to only a few. a Regular bowl is under $10 which is beyond reasonable for a healthy option like poke!

Y'all, this has to be one of the best CC poke places. Man, even in Houston, this would give poke places a run for their money! Atmosphere: Cute hawaiian wall decor! Clean, friendly and kind staff. Poke: Fresh, delicious, lots of options, AND the crab salad and seaweed salad (both of which I love) are included. I wish these were included at every poke place. Extremely reasonably priced as well. Slam dunk on everything. We have a lot of great food in Houston, but like I said, this poke place was very good, rivaling some in htown. Would go back in a heart beat if I lived in CC!! Also, this is really close to the botanical garden (well worth the price, very good botanical garden) so you could stop here before or after for a bite :)

Very stingy with their portion of sides, not sure if it's the worker here or just the standard, but comparing to Hana Poke down the street, their portions/scoops are very little for the same price. On top of that, Hana poke also gives you Miso soup to come with any order. Overall, taste is bland, smaller portion for your bucks, underwhelming to say the least. Probably won't be back, not recommended.

My friends and I stop by after work, we got the regular bowl size.I requested 1/2 & 1/2 for my base with the coconut rice as an option, how ever wither the flavor most have been lacking or for over power by the other items. I wanted the octopus and the beef for my protein but they didn't have any octopus so I opted for the sear tuna, then i ask for the cilantro vinaigrette but they didn't have it wither, even though they didn't have some of my selections I still like my bowl. As for the service, my only negative will be that the attendant have a little patience as we felt rush even thought at that time we where the only people on line. The ambiance was very relaxed after we pass the line and the tables and floor look clean.
