Oh My!!! We had a dinner party last night with 6 of our favorite friends! I decided I wanted to have a private chef come and do the cooking for the evening. I've never treated myself to this luxury but, it was mind blowing amazing! Chef Michael and John came to our home and worked their magic. They were amazing to watch work and did everything AND MORE than we discussed! Tomahawk ribeyes, crispy rice with shrimp and the best sauces, whipped potatoes french green beans, and the most phenomenal bordelaise sauce I've ever tasted were created in my kitchen!!! Then came dessert...it was like an Old Fashioned on a plate! Homemade ice cream and a chocolate pecan pie!!! John was tending bar and his Old Fashioned were the best we have ever had! That's saying something because my husband is a aficionados (self appointed!!!). Everyone had the best time and it was an evening no one will soon forget! Thanks Chef Michael and John! Can't wait to do this again!!!
