Hardin Creek

This is a perfect place for a romantic date night or a fun get together with family and friends. They have seating inside or outside. Elegant decor and mood setting lighting. There are cornhole games for those interested in playing. Heaters provided for cooler nights. Service was great with pleasant and efficient server. Menu options were tasty from light fare cheese and crackers to hot flavorful pizza and sandwiches. Good selection of drinks from wine to whiskey and everything in between! Definitely look forward to going back. I think will be a favorite hang out for us. They do have live entertainment scheduled and special events.

This is a wine and whiskey bar and restaurant where the food and service is very good. Live music in a smaller setting makes for perfect ambiance. Corn hole and indoor outdoor space is really nice being that tx weather is wild.

We did not enjoy our experience here. Maybe they were just off the other night, but me and my man had such a sucky night there. We choose to sit inside and sat at a table directly in front of the entrance to where the workers go in. They all had to pass us anytime they walked in and out of it. It started off with drinks. They were actually pretty good. But than we get an appetizer. Gouda-licious dip with baguettes. Now, maybe it's just me but when I hear DIP, I imagine melty cheese, something I can dip some chips or something in right? Wrong. We got 3 BALLS of cheese with some crackers. We look on the menu and see that there's another dish ABOVE Gouda-Lucious that said mini cheese balls "three mini cheese balls served with triscuit crackers". So we tell one of the workers that we think we got the wrong thing. We ordered the dip and not the cheese balls. She goes and talks to someone than tells us no that's the Gouda. The cook comes out and explains how the baguettes aren't any good so that's why we had crackers instead. Okay cool, guess we had that wrong. But nobody wanted to check that that was okay with us first before just giving them to us? We wouldn't of got that one cause I don't like those kind of crackers and I'm not the biggest fan of cold cheese. My man however is an avid cheese lover and loved the cheese balls. So we decide to try the meatballs next. They were actually quite good, just tiny. Like they were as small as the 3 mini cheese balls we got. So we're sitting around and waiting for someone to come take our order. Mind you, we're sitting right in front of them right. Both just talking and looking up things we wanted to go get from the store when we left there. Maybe after 15 ish minutes, one of the workers FINALLY ask if everything was good and we said we wanted to order. We both order a pizza. She comes back maybe a minute later saying she was so sorry but the pizza machine was turned off the night. Who in the hell turns OFF a PIZZA MACHINE at a PIZZA RESTURANT HOURS before closing?! It was maybe 9pm by that point and they close at 1 AM. My man orders a panini instead and I don't order anything. We came there for pizza and I wanted pizza. Could we have flagged one of them down sooner to get our order taken? Probably. But why should we have to when we're sitting RIGHT IN THE FRONT. They all walked past us more than once and than stood around talking to each other or looking at their phones. Had they been busy, I would've understood. But they weren't. And maybe we would've got the pizza we came for had someone taken our order sooner. I didn't pay for the meal but I can only hope that my man left a shitty tip for the shitty service we got.
