Harbour Inn

Easy to book online. Very friendly customer service. Space was really clean. Comfortable bed. Convenient location, right on the water. Met some cool people in the area. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Rockport.

Do not stay here!! Dirty and horrible customer service. After waiting outside for someone to come to the property to check us in, my toddler and I went straight to shower while my husband unloaded the car. While in the shower we see a huge spider web with a spider egg. We then start looking around and the curtain is stained. We get out and begin to notice the entire room is awful! Broken, rusted and dirty. Even the blanket on the bed looked bad and had holes. I called the number (since no one is on site to help) and the owner told me too bad since I had used the shower. They didn't offer to come clean, didn't offer another room, just said if I didn't like it I should leave but there would be no refund. Then they hung up on me!!! My family and I immediately left.

I called my Credit Card I paid with and they deducted $30 off a day or $150 from my $500 bill for lack of room service. They would have credited it all back to me and gone to battle but, I just wanted to move past these disgusting people in an adult fashion and that seemed fair

Back for our second stay at Harbour Inn. Very welcoming staff to all members of our family even the furry four legged ones. Spotless and fresh smelling rooms. Love their eco friendly, cruelty free, and vegan toiletries. I will be coming back again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Super affordable, easy check in/check out. The room and bathroom were both very clean, I even got a small kitchen area included in my room. Clean bedding, comfortable bed. It was all very clean and nice, and that's a huge plus for me. And to top it off it's right by the beach! I have no complaints. Very impressed with this place, I would stay here again. :)

Awesome place to stay! It's not your run of the mill holiday inn or what not, but quiet, clean, and great location! I'd definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I go back. You won't find a better priced place either so stop looking!

We enjoyed our stay at the Harbour Inn. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having a small refrigerator, microwave and individual coffee machine available to us. The location was great. The harbor and shops were within walking distance. This is a place we would like to stay in again.

Definitely read reviews off of yelp, and not just from google which gives it a 4.5. Stayed here with my husband to save a little money and the distance from the beach was convenient. The photos on the website do not look like the hotel. There was a hole in the wall with a napkin in it. I changed our trash bag and the bag left my hands black, possibly from dust. We heard scratching in the walls and ceiling at night/ early morning. There was stains on the shower curtain and on a towel. Everything was pretty rusted as well. So if you're thinking of staying here I highly recommend reading reviews and if you're okay with a place being/ feeling dirty then go for it. If you want to spend a little extra, or maybe even the same amount, definitely stay at another place.

I will spend the next year doing reviews on every travel site and online review site posting the pictures of the room state, property and your response. Hope the $100+ dollars was worth it. Room looked like a true health hazard.

Not bad for low rate during Spring Break 2018! Room was clean and ready at 3:30pm; TV had a plethera of stations; fridge and microwave worked (even feeezer). Plenty of warm water for shower and reasonably quiet at night. Only reason not five stars, is that wi-fi was bogged down in evening, but plenty of cable stations helped fill the void.
