I can not even give it a one star, but since I have to I give it a minus 100; This has to be the worst place in the world. I called back on March 10 early in the am to report that my awning was not working (motor was out). Also my ac thermostat was acting up and wanted my awning lights looked at and replace with new ones that I had bought. I have Good Sams warranty, we told Happy Trails that if it took us paying for the awning to get fixed we would and would deal with Good Sams later. My husband was having knee surgery on March 14 and we would not be back down to Rockport until about the middle of April. We went down on April 13 and nothing was fix, we called and was told that they had been waiting on Good Sams to authorize the parts and labor (when I spoke to Good Sams this was done on April 10, at 10:51 am and oh by the way FIRST TIME GOOD SAMS WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THIS WAS ON APRIL 10 AT 10:49 AM). Good Sams said that they were told that the freight was going to be 19.54 and they approved that amount but Happy Trails charged us 39.03. I know it's 19.54 difference and I am not worried about the money but it's the principal of matter. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT DEAL WITH WILLIAM HE IS A LIAR AND ONE MORE THING THIS IS THE STAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK THEY LEFT THE KEY IN OUR 5TH WHEEL TRAILER DOOR AND LEFT IT UNLOCK.One last thing that I was not going to mention but I will now, when the key was left in the door, the owner said that sense that was done we would not be charged for the labor for putting up the awning lights, well since putting this on social media (FB and I have taken it down) my husband and I have now received a bill minus the monies that we were over charged for the freight for putting up the lights. So much for this business will never recommend or use this business even if it's the last RV repair place in the world. And yes we paid the bill we are honest people not like this business.

Called these people a guy named William answered nice enough salesman. Price was $65.00 to come out ( I'm 4 miles away from shop)Guy came out was here for ten minutes. Problem was the gas lines were air locked and the refrigerator and heater showed a problem and wouldn't come on. Like an idiot I didn't realize that after the repairman told me that you have to turn the gas valve on slow. Or it will air lock and shut down all gas run appliances. After the repairman told me this he said that's alright this is a common problem we have.Next day sweet William called and said it would be $150.00.My point is check to make sure that you are not airlocked and will save you $150.00
