I had a very nice experience with Happy Feet. I was able to call and get a same day, evening appointment. There were several customers checking out as I arrived. I was greeted and asked to sit in the waiting area. It was comfortable. I was told my room would be ready in just a few minutes, so I went to the bathroom. They put me in my room when I came out. I was waiting comfortably and someone came to tell me I would need to wait 10 minutes for my therapist. I was a little frustrated and made sure to look at the clock when she came in. I figured my session was going to be shortened.My therapist was named Anna. She did a fantastic job! My session was not shortened at all. I felt great when I left.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!So I went to get a 60 minute foot massage which is $45 they started right away the massage was okay nothing special anybody could do what was done to me I felt as if they didn't want to massage me in the first place that being said I was not happy about the massage at all. Half the time they kept talking & the person doing the massage kept getting up so it wasn't the 60mins I paid for or the best experience.. finally the massage is over and it time to pay keep in mind it's already $45 for a terrible hour massage so when I'm paying a women at the desk asks me to tip them as I'm getting my receipt she flips over a paper that say "1 hour $10 tip , 1.5 hour $15 tip, 2 hours $25 tip" I was honestly shocked cause never in my life have I been anywhere where THEY TELL YOU HOW MUCH TO TIP THEM yea tips don't work that way especially when you didn't have a good experience anyways i told her i'd tip $5 she looked at me and says "only $5?!" Showing me she highly upset I respond "yes only $5" I wrote my tip on the receipt signed it and walked out as I'm driving I figured i'd check my card I was charge $72!!! Not my $5 tip not a $10 or $15 tip but $25!!!!I was so upset to even go back I just took the loss what made it worse is that it was my birthday gift to myself but I hope this helps anyone that's thinking of going there I wouldn't dare give them any business ever again just know regardless of what YOU tip THEY WILL TIP THEMSELVES and charge you what they want!!!SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME & MONEY!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I made an appointment last week for this Thursday. We arrived at the place and it's closed. I repeated my on phone and even gave her the date time I needed this appointment. This is the second time this is happen to me. I am an hour away from this place. What a waste of my time and gas. I definitely will not give them any of my business.

Best reflexology massage I have ever had! They start with soaking your feet in warm water while they massage your neck and shoulders. Then they move on to the foot and leg message. I got the 1 hour reflexology massage and it was great. Very professional and clean facility.

Started with Helen at Happy Feet in Rockport more than 2 years ago. Glad she was able to open this store in Portland. Best massage I've had. My wife uses Jack and say he is also excellent. Always a nice clean place.

Great full body massage for both me & my wife! Helen & Tom were both amazingly skilled & professional!
