This is an example of where not to go to get your hair done. Shawna ended up being a nightmare. I called for cut and color appt. And first I had to wait 45 min after my appt so she could finish her niece's hair and talk toher infant nephew. Then when it was my turn she was out of foils and sent her niece a block away to buy foils . She came back 40 min later. My hair color came out brassy and then she hair cut two strands even though I asked for 3 or 4 inches and to thin out top. She then proceeded to randomly charge me 250 dollars. When I called I expressed my unhappiness she said she was gone for 2 weeks and to come in then to get it fixed. The day I went in for her to fix it, she said she had a family emergency and would call to reschedule. 3 weeks, no call. So I politely sent a text asking for a partial refund. A week later she texted and said her lawyer was going to file harrassment charges and she was going to black ball me to all her salon friends. I just wrote the money off and found a salon where the people like to work and they actually went to school for hair. One of the crazier people I have met.
