Wonderful condo- spacious and clean and well stocked with what you need. Right on beach and great pool and hot tub! Beds in good shape!

The room online and the room purchased was totally different, the pull out sofa is all peeled apart, missing 3 chairs at the bar area, chipped floors all throughout the kitchen, all art off the walls in the bedroom and living room, the sliding doors are missing multiple areas of paint, one of the doors in the kitchen is broken, no other rooms available and when addressed on FB I was blocked.

It looks nice from the beach and from pictures at their website. Pictures really don't show what a unit looks like.If I was a snow-bunny, this would be a place I would consider as they have a decent monthly rate during the off season.

We booked a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with balcony on the 6th floor. We called the day before arrival to confirm & was told that all confirmed. When we arrived on Tuesday, we were informed that the elevators were not working. We were told they hadn't been working since Friday. We are older & didn't want to climb up & down 6 flights of stairs for our 2 day stay. Asked for refund as we were not informed of elevator issue. Was told no that they can't give refunds. We asked for a ground floor condo & since it was mid week we were able to get a ground floor suite. We believe that we should have been informed when we confirmed reservations on the day before. (The previous year we booked a hotel on North Padre that had the same issue. But they called us two days before & happily gave us a refund.) Anyway we stayed as we were able to get a ground floor condo. The condo was extremely nice & the customer service was really good. We had 2 small issues in the condo & the minor problems were solved within 10 minutes by the friendly maintenance crew. This is a nice place to stay with a friendly staff on North Padre. We removed one star as we felt that we should have been notified of elevator issue. Nice condos on the beach for your family with swimming pool on site. Many restaurants & gift shops nearby too. we stay here almost every year but booked a corner unit for the first time. the pool area needs a revamp but my review is mostly about room 418. while one could say: the corner unit sells itself; it also needs a major upgrade. the furniture...dirty old couch, spring beds, painted over chairs/barstools...walls need a paint job. the view was obviously a 10/10 but I would NOT recommend staying in room 418.

My family comes here every year for a week. This is a great place to stay. The beach front condos on the first floor are bliss to stay in. The beach is a two-minute walk from the patio. Our particular room had an up-to-date kitchen with granite countertops and a stainless steel fridge and sink. The pool is spacious, and the deep end is 14 feet deep. The living room has a flat screen, and the beds have memory foam pillows.This is truly a luxury experience in Corpus Christi. They think of every amenity.Something I hope to see improved upon are the water pressure across the bathrooms in the condos, the availability of towels by the pool, and the customer service. The sink in our guest bathroom had very weak water pressure. The shower, on the other hand, is a dial that gives more pressure as it gets hotter. There's no way to have a luke-warm or cool shower with high pressure. The towel rack by the pool seems to run out of clean towels frequently. The ice machine on our fridge stopped making ice on the last day. We told the receptionist who said we could only get more ice by buying a pack from the ReddyIce machine. She didn't seem interested in getting the ice box in our freezer fixed.Most frustrating was an episode with the manager that I experienced. I noticed one day that my key card worked on my condo's door, but not for the gate to the beach. I tried my key a few times on that gate. It didn't work and someone else behind me opened it for me with their key. I told the manager about this. He didn't believe me and said that there's no way for my key card to not work on the beach gate. I talked to one of my roommates about this, and she said that she had the same problem with her key card (and with the manager not believing her). It was a minor inconvenience, but it shows a lot of arrogance on his part.

Can't say enough of this wonderful place. Family friendly, they even have pool toys for the kiddos. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Great place to stay! Located directly on the beach. Condos are exceptionally clean and staff are Very Very Friendly!! Spacious sized condos provide enough room for 6 adults to roam around without feeling cluttered.Pool area is very nice as well. Property is well-kept and landscaping has never seemed to be a problem here. My family has been coming here for years.Property offers outdoor grills and a cleaning area for the fisherman's catch.

This rental was everything and more than we imagined! Mark was accessible and accommodating our entire stay. We needed to extend a day with last minute notice and he made it happen for us. The beach is right outside the rooms and has wonderful views of the ocean and sunrises. It was super clean, bright, and inviting. It is spacious and the kitchen had everything but a toaster. Conveniently located to golf cart rentals, full size grocers, and excellent dining choices. Gas grills make it easy to grill.

Stayed in room 402. Clean but outdated. Beds are hard, cheap mattresses. I would stick with VRBO. At least with VRBO you typically have all the condiments you will need, and will be more modern. This place is not what it used to be. Don't waste your money on a beach view during the Summer time. You will only be able to see trucks jeeps and tents.
