Pool is closed on Friday October 4th. 90 degrees out and would like to spend my Friday evening poolside. But no.

Bait and switch. Took my money without the application even being completed then ignored my phone calls and messages. Told me to call them back at a particular time same day then when I did - twice - the phone went straight to voice mail. Purposely ignoring me. The manager pretended to not be the manager and made up a bogus story. They owe me $50 and I will contact their apartment company as well as report them to BBB. Look them up on BBB - F rating. It does not make any sense to be so shady and behave like con artists. Highly bizarre. I recommend not doing business with them or the other apartments within the larger apartment company called United Apartment Group. https://www.uaginc.com/

Don't -Just Don't!!Bad management, always issues, had AC go out and couldn't get anyone to respond for days, then they miswired the system and caused the Heat and AC to run at the same leaving us with a $984 electric bill which they wouldn't even discuss, had to have someone else come out on our dime and fix. Stay away!

This apartment has very rude staff. We are moving out and our last month's rent should have been a prorated amount since we are moving out to on the 27th. We made sure to check with the staff THREE times that we were not going to be charged the full amount of rent. However, on the 1st of the month we were charged the full months rent which was about 200 dollars more. We called and spoke with Sylivia and Gene and they didn't apologize or help us at all. They said it was our fault for not changing the price of the rent online. They had THREE chances to let us know we had to change the amount of the rent online. They failed to do so and know we are out 200 dollars. We stopped the payment from going through with our bank because it was the WRONG amount. Now Gulf Breeze is trying to charge us late fees because of their mistake. We have called and called and they refuse to help and continue to be rude. We are happy to be leaving sooon. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!

I don't live her but I took a tour and enjoyed my visit. Megan was very helpful and I am very happy to say that she was friendly and nice. I visited a property prior and the office staff was rude. This is a strong contender for me....

It's a okay place to live. But if you need any kind of repairs in or about your apartments. Service response is poor.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rude staff, work orders take forever to get completed (if they do at all) and the pool is closed (and dirty) on days it should be open, especially in the heat of the summer. Very bad communication towards the end of the lease so we ended up on a month-to-month plan without our knowing of until the day of rent being due. Signed a new lease and it apparently was "lost in a computer glitch" and weren't able to keep the same monthly rent. Instead, it climbed to $150 more for just the base rent, not including the water, trash, street fees. Don't move here. It seems great at first, but can find a better place to be for the money being paid.

Do not rent from here or you will regret it! The place looks nicer at first inspection than it really is, including the pool. Same goes for the treatment you will receive from the office staff! They act like you are inconveniencing them when you have a question or problem and do not want to help you. They are just plain rude and will lie to you (I'm experiencing that right now). At least the maintenance guys are nice and pretty quick. I just can't wait to get out of here (they require 60 days notice so beware). You pay a high price here to get very little. There are much better places to live! As for my apartment, it always has something broken. I have to use a crowbar to switch from taking a bath to shower, my fridge and pipes under the kitchen and bathroom sink all leak. My bathroom sink has a huge hole from where a chunk of it fell out due to rust. The garbage disposal needs constant repairs because it stops working all the time. The pool is closed for maintenance every other week in the summer. I've seen it change colors many times already. There just isn't proper management and maintenance here. Painting over problems does not fix them. They need a serious update here because everything is old and falling apart.

After being reliable residents for a year we are being somewhat "punished" by having to pay extra on top of our rent. The office is very informative on when they have construction and inspection checks by leaving notes on your door and emails but are very non informative when it comes to renewing your lease. Make sure that the head of the household checks their online portal and not another resident listed on the lease because they won't receive the "new" lease agreement/continuation of lease and then you're stuck paying 100s of dollars in fees. Our last apartment reached out in many different ways to see if you decided to renew the lease or not. So now our rent amount has changed completely and is at a higher cost by $400/month and will no longer be the same as we were paying for a year. Thanks Gulf Breeze for your lack of communication!

DO NOT RENT an apartment unless you don't care about having courtesy employees and management. I have been a tenant for years and had to evacuate due to Hurricane Harvey. I was not able to return home and knew the power went out. I called to ask if someone could check inside to see if freezer had been off long enough for food to spoil and ice to melt onto floor and smell up the apartment. I was told in no uncertain terms Absolutely Not! I was not asking for them to clean up anything but just let me know the situation there. Manager refused to give me name of Management company and said she did not care if I moved out if I decided to do so upon my return and found place unlivable until cleaned and any smell alleviated. The refrigerator may need replacing if spoiled meat sits in it for an extended period of time. No telling how long I'll have to wait for another refrigerator--the gate to this gated community has not worked since January and this all happened at the end of August in South Texas. Needless to say I will be moving out.

Well the "gated community" you pay to live in, that they list as an amenity, doesn't exactly exist. The gate hasn't been working for over a year and the gate code they have you create will never ever be used. We have not used ours a single time. Another thing you pay for is pest control, which I'm not sure if that exists here either (refer to my photos). The place also often looks like a dump due to piled up dumpsters (see photos). They need to put more dumpsters around the community because obviously the few they have are not sufficient for the amount of trash the people here accumulate. I know Sylvia has been contacted several time about the gate and says it will be fixed "soon", but she's obviously lying and doesn't try to get anything done. I would put your money elsewhere, where you get what you pay for, and where the staff does their job.
