Guadalajara Mexican Grill

Once again came back second weekend in a row. Food was still excellent. The service seem to drop off a little bit but we had a different server and we had to ask for more chips and salsa, so whoever was working was not on the ball. Everybody in our party got the exact same thing except for me, I tried the Green chili enchiladas. They were quite tasty along with everything else. Still an enjoyable restaurant. The berria, (pronounced beer-e-u) which is the goat meat plate, which I tasted again and again was excellent. The homemade tortillas this time were a little hard on the edges from sticking out of the container, probably due to the fact that it was premade sitting somewhere stacked up and they just grab them. If you want to make big tortillas, you need a bigger container to hold them so that they don't dry out on the edges. Now I'm being a little bit more picky this time, but these things make a difference. I dedicated server for refilling chips and salsa and water or drinks, and keeping the homemade tortillas covered so they don't dry out. These things are important.

Food and service was Great as always! If you are in town, this is a must stop! The Menudo was exceptional.

It's ok. It's a regular staple. I've had the pancakes and they're good. The Mexican omelette is good. I would say it's not the greatest but it's better than most. The wait staff are good and attentive and it's pretty clean.

Excellent food and service! We called Hector this morning to discuss a mixup in the drive through the night before and he was quick to remedy it and asked us to come back for a better experience. We did and will be back soon! Thank you, Hector!

Completely disappointed. "Special" margarita was food coloring green and as much as I love margaritas, this was not drinkable. Beef fajita burrito was yucky as well. Beef tasted like vinegar. Beans are definitely canned.And to make matters worse, they wouldn't reduce my bill!! Everything was sent back to the trash and I've got a $20.50 bill.The Dos Equis was very good.Don't waste your time coming here...

Horrible service will not go back.... the wait staff just looked mostly on their phone and they sat us down under a moldy leaking roof ....the only complaint I will give them will go to the cook or cooks the food is delicious too bad for the staff

Oh my wow! Lots of food for the price that you pay. We knew this was the place when the parking lot was filled with cars adorned with Texas licence plates. Local love this place and we did too. I had the #42 plate. 1 taco, 1 chalupa, 1 enchilada. Yummy! I have to admit that all of the food was over salted. If you have blood pressure issues, be forewarned that your next heart attack is going to be totally worth it! The Bloody Mary wad weak, but was cool and refreshing. Itcame in a large plastic hurricane glass. So still it was a large drink worth the price.We live in El Paso Tx, where Mexican food is awesome, so i feel like you got an honest review. Enjoy!

Very expensive and they don't give chips and salsa out to customers in the drive up window even though they pay the same prices.I had an enchilada and a taco. The taco was very good and the enchilada was ok. So much cheese on top that is all you could taste.

Food was bad on all levels. Chips were stale chips. Just straight up really bad food.
