Coming to our little town? You must try it! A Mexican restaurant for seafood boil? YES! They have a great menu but when crawfish are in season they have great flavor. Plenty of spice. Hot enough to make it enjoyable and not ruin the flavor. We absolutely love going here for boil compared to the place the specialized in crawfish. Much better flavor. Good drinks and affordable prices for everything else on the menu. They recently added a molcajete to the choice and I have a hard time passing it up. Our favorite thing to start with is the Mexican guacamole and margs. The wife loves the cucumber margarita and I can't get past the house with a shot of Gran Marineau.

Another Mexican Restaurant, serving great food.I had a bacon wrapped shrimp dinner with sweet tea, while my son had a dinner with a taco, tostada and cheeseenchilada with a Diet Dr Pepper, while my grandson had beans and rice with plenty of chips and salsa.All the food was great tasting .I also noticed that they were serving crawdads, they sure look good.I highly recommend this restaurant for a great ,lunch and dinner.ThanksRick A

My chicken soup quest continues The soup here was similar to what I encountered yesterday but they added a plate of chopped white oions, jalapeños, cilantro and lime.This plate made the soup more than good, it became excellente So I will be back for more.

Decided to stop in because I have never been here. I can't believe there is a Mexican restaurant that I haven't been too. The chips were crispy and the salsa was ok. Not the best but it will work in a pinch. The customer service was phenomenal. The Red Enchilada plate was pretty good, decent rice and beans. The enchiladas were really good but needed a bit more sauce. Give them a try and see what you think.

I did read the reviews but thought I'd give it a try.Ordered the chicken enchiladas w/green sauce.Good flavor but the chicken was chunky & dry even with the tasty green sauce. The rice and refried beans were good.Service was good & food came out quick like most Mexican restaurants.Here's where it really goes downhill. I'm not a finicky person, but the flies were everywhere . Most of the folks there were "shooing" flies. There were flies on almost every table. A picnic is one thing, but I won't be coming back to this place. See the pics. Probably should have taken a fly action movie & wish I brought my "Bug A Salt" or fly swatter.

The first red flag was the lone car that was in the parking lot at noon. Second, was the funky smell outside the entrance. 3rd was the rancid chips.4th was the salsa that tasted like marinara sauce. 5th was a waitress with standing around laughing like a cross between a hyena and dolphin and then staring out at the customers. 6th was the bean and cheese nachos my friend ordered... how do you mess up bean and cheese nachos? 7th was my chicken tortilla soup that had two chunks of zucchini the size of my fist in it that I had to remove in order to eat my soup. One of the waitresses was pleasant and I didn't want to cheat her out of a tip because of the ring leader's unprofessional behavior. The Topo Chico was the only thing I finished. This place has definitely gone down hill... will never eat there again.

food was kinda blah. not good. and saw a roach that I stepped on to kill. the place was very cold and several people complained. to be fair, my server moved me to another booth and turned the fan off i would not recommend

Very unprofessional place, they have you just sitting there waiting. Asked the waiter how long they would be and she just told me I don't know. She had a very nasty attitud, if I were I would dare eat at this disgusting place

Poor customer service! Quality of food has gone down. It used be one of our favorite restaurants Coffee served cold and when it was brought to our servers attention ,her response was what would you like to do ! Well how about a fresh cup of coffee ans a little service. Just go across the street to El jimador for good service and food.

Terrible place to go and eat, it's way better to just go to a Mexican food truck in my opinion. Got my food to go and when I got home I opened up the foil paper and the bread from the torta had mold. I called them back and told them and I decided to give them another try by getting them to make me another one. When I drove back and gave them the torta they gave me the new one and as I drove off I decided to check on my food to make sure everything was ok before I made the drive back home, as soon as I opened it there was a live roach crawling on top of the torta. So nope, reversed back, got my money back and I'm never coming to this place again. I would never recommend anyone else here. Please just go to a good food truck instead...
