I am a nurse at a a local assisted living, this was a terrible experience, we set up transportation weeks in advance for a wheelchair transport, dropped off ALMOST on time, was told to call for pick up, I called for pick up and was told 30-40 minute, called after an hour and was told we had already been picked up, was given an approx time of additional 30 minute, nope.. called 4 times and received horrible attitude from the dispatc, multiple excuses, was hung up on. while my diabetic resident had to sit and literally wait for more than 2 hours, ended up having employees from our facility pick us up in a car, We will NEVER use this service again! No concerns whatsoever for the needs of others!

Since you can't get any lower than 1 star this will have to do. Called for a cab. Was told it would be right over. Called back nearly 30 minutes later to inquire where it was. Was directed to their "automated service" that required me to send text messages to ask questions. One of which was "status". When I texted "status" the message said a cab would be dispatched as soon as one was available. I called American Taxi and had a ride in less than 5 minutes. If you don't want to pick me up, or don't have a car available, then say so. You had my number. You could have easily called me to tell me you would be delayed. When Yelp allows zero stars I will update this post.

This taxi service took 45 min to pick me up. I am very disappointment. I have taken Uber and Lyft and they are way over proved and their tip is included. Even American Cab picked me up on less than 5 min. Never again. I do not like to wait long.

Took me a long way around and and charged me $70 for a $10 ride. Thieves! She told me it wouldn't a much longer ride than I requested.

Very unprofessional and terrible customer service to set up cab service. I called 1 month weeks ago 2 days prior to schedule a wheelchair transportation and was advised to call back within 2 to 1 hr before I needed transportation on the day service was needed. When I did call the day of the needed service, I was told I didn't call early enough in advance to schedule the service and they had no service available for me. I now need service again and called 2 days before the service was needed and now told i need to call 1 hr before the transportation in needed but if I don't call early enough I they are booked I can't get service. What the H--L is that, Don't use them they have terrible service all the time.

So they were over an hour late picking me up. Missed my flight. I have taken taxis all around the world. Some in Asia some in Europe. More states and cities then I have time to list. This is by far the worse operation on the planet. Call an Uber a Lyft walk do what ever you have to to avoid using this company. They had reservations for me the day prior. They knew they didn't have a driver hours Defoe's my pick up. When I called and spoke to them they told me it was going to be a few min. An hour later sill no driver. Missed flight. Told my son I was picking him up from school at a certain time. Broke that word.

I called a day ahead for a pickup to be in time for a very important/crucial appointment. The dispatcher said no problem, the driver would call me when they were in the area. The next morning, about three minutes before I was due to be picked up, I called to check to see if they were on their way, or maybe a few minutes late. The dispatcher then tells me it will be at least two hours; he can't do anything about it; he's sorry and hangs up. That's rotten service, and gross negligence. I will never call them again.
