Love this place! My fiancé got my engagement ring reset here. They were so kind and knowledgeable. I love my ring, they did a wonderful job!

I took in my wedding ring for repair because I noticed the center stone was loose. It's not the most expensive thing ever, but it is extra special to me because it is the ring my dad gave to my mom. Don treated it like the most precious gem he'd ever handled. While he was assessing the repair, 2 of my tiny stones fell out in the cleaner. HE FOUND THEM! Y'all, they are seriously tiny little splinters of stones. I don't know how he could have seen them, but he did! The repair was affordable and done well, and my ring is beautiful again. If I ever need jewelry or jewelry work done in the future, this is the place I'll go!

Wanted to see about selling a piece of jewelry at Green Bros as I had a wonderful experience with them a few months ago when I got my ring resized. Went and was told they don't buy and only take jewelry for "scrap metal" even though it says otherwise on their website. (As you can see at the bottom, it says Copyrighted 2024, so it's not as if it hasn't been updated in a long time). Staff was still really nice, I just think updates should be made to their website to keep from confusing customers.

When I went in to get my ring resized Selina was very rude. I asked for a simple change she snapped and said that they don't do that. Luckily the jewelry Christian was very nice and said they were able to. When we went to pick up I asked if someone else could help and she laughed after we explained that she was rude last time we went. Selina doesn't care about your business after you make the purchase.
