Granite Granite - Corpus Christi

Granite is definitely a luxury and I was able to find a great slab within the vast array they offer. Great customer service and a tough decision.

No Stars. This place was such a disappointment, no customer service. I have been trying to resolve my issues for over a year with numerous different people. Save yourself the time and hassle, use someone else.

I do not want to give this company any stars. We picked out a slab of quartz that was white with grey veins for our condo that was being rebuilt since Hurricane Harvey. They were going to hold the quartz until Coastal Granite in Rockport could pick it up and fabricate and install. We trusted the employee at Granite Granite that we would get the quartz we had picked. We were out of town babysitting our granddaughter when the quartz was to be installed. Unfortunately we did not get the quartz we had selected at the store. The quartz that was installed was grey with dark grey veins, definitely not the white with grey veins we had wanted. We notified Granite Granite in Corpus Christi and did not get anywhere with them. We then contacted the owner if the company to explain the problem. Granite a Granite will not admit their employee made a huge mistake and said we have to accept it and there is a no return policy. Do NOT use this company . Their owner is extremely rude and could care less about customer service. There are too many other places that sell quartz and granite to waste your time with Granite Granite!!
