Grandma B's Sweet Treats is the cutest candy and ice cream shop in Rockport, TX!After a long day in the beach my husband and son were craving some ice cream. If you've ever been to Rockport you know fast food restaurants are usually the most popular here and we were definitely trying to avoid that. Long story short, we went into Yelp and found this business. All their ice cream is Blue Bell Ice Cream (which you know is good!) and they also have a wide variety of unique candies at the back of the store. The staff was very welcoming and let us try a few flavors before making our decision. The servings are Texas size so keep that in mind when ordering.Will definitely be coming back here during our next trip to Rockport!

We were told this was a good place to get ice cream and the ice cream was good. The service however was not. I wanted to taste a couple flavors to figure out what I wanted? The girl told me (very curtly)that there is one simple per customer. What's the point if you can only taste one? Also when I said something about trying the strawberry... she said (again very curtly) it's Strawberry! If we didn't have little Bella with us.... We would have walked out!I can't stand bad service and rude people!!!

We're in Rockport for the week and have now stopped in here three times. Each time the staff have been so kind, offering recommendations to our little ones. They carry Blue Bell ice cream which is always delicious. They have an assortment of nostalgic candy & treats that bring us back to our childhood. Our kids beg us to take them back there everyday lol. Will definitely be back next time we're in Rockport!

Had a craving for something sweet, so I Googled nearby sweet shops (I don't live in this area). Grandma B's was the first place to pop up that was even open at 7:00 pm on a Sunday (they don't close until 9:00 pm - awesome!).I'm not a huge fan of sweets, so I just got something very simple to satisfy my craving - double scoop of Blue Bell rainbow sherbet. This review is based on more though. We were immediately greeted by the staff. The place was busting at the seams with people enjoying ice cream, snow cones, floats and other desserts. The shop is cute and has several types of candy and chocolates for purchase. We were politely served with smiles and thank you's.There is plenty of indoor seating an also two picnic tables outside. It looks like many of the locals frequent this establishment with their families and friends.I want to return to try more menu items.

Really good ice cream and desserts. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My wife and I are making this a go to place when we visit Rockport.

Lots of options for a sweet tooth. Ice cream, snow cones, fruit cups, baked goods and a candy shop area for toppings or by itself. The service was fast and friendly. The setting was like a mom n pop candy store. I ordered one scoop cup for the kids and shared a small hot brownie fudge sunday with the hubby. It was very good and satisfying.

Did someone say Bluebell ice cream served here? If you're craving Texas' best Grandma B's has plenty. And with a candy corner to boot. This place will keep your sweet tooth satisfied.

I have to admit, it's pretty much impossible to give a low rating to a place that serves Blue Bell ice cream. But this place deserves a full 5/5! It was super clean and the staff was friendly. I had to browse the candy section too. They have tons of sweet treats in a clear and organized section. I ended up only getting an ice cream while my husband enjoyed a brownie sundae. All good choices! My ice cream was super drippy and I'm kinda surprised the place is so clean given how much of a mess I made without trying. As we left someone went to clean the table almost immediately. The staff really stays on top of it! Definitely a great spot to check out if you're in the area. Get yourself a treat to help cool off this summer.

12.43$ for that... Extremely overpriced and rude employees. 4$ sodas and ride to kiddos you're an ice cream shop. Kids are why we're here. If you don't want people looking at the candy don't have it.
