They play indie music, the drinks are always great, the burger truck is always great. The tacos and pizza are hard to beat

It's an amazing vibe and great drinks buuuuttt the aux/ song choice is iffy like they'll play music only 2 people will know and it's like very Caucasian edm oriented no reggaetón it's Laredo guys we want to party and have a good time this is not it.... Sucks bc location and drinks are great but whoever is handling the music choice needs to go....

I like coming here when I'm in town. It's very chill and friendly... the only issue I have is that the line at the bars take forever. I do love that it's kid and pet friendly so it's a place for the whole family to hang out!

There are very few tables. Had to change my order to go. I had the classic cheeseburger with fries. I'll try coming back at night another day. It's nice that you're next to theNorth Central Park and I'm sure it's nicer at night when the temperature is not as hot.

Welcome to Laredo, Golondrina. Top notch service in a town which appreciates good food and drinks. The city is Diversifying it's food options and culinary experiences. FINALLY! You will find the variety of food trucks appealing from the snack truck. That sells hot Cheetos with nacho cheese and Elote. (Mexican style corn) consisting of mayonnaise, chili and queso fresco. " delicious" A truck that sales traditional street tacos/authentic Mexican cuisine. And the always Mobil truck with American fare. Think hamburgers etc. even BBQ if that's what your looking for. A family friendly and unique atmosphere. An outdoor patio experience. The Bar is an adult only establishment. With outstanding service and the best drinks in town. Enclosed in a hip interior design with your traditional Texas garage style building. Take out your date or invite your friends. You will be Pleasantly surprised.

The selection of food is great. When I went there were 4 food trucks and 3 restaurants inside. The bar was fully stocked and the beer selection was top-notch. I like that they added indoor seating as it tends to get hot in Laredo during the summer months. This is by far the best food truck park in town and the proximity to North Central park makes it a great meet-up place after a jog around the park. Golondrina is also pet-friendly so that is a huge bonus!

It was late on a Friday like 10pm everything was closed but I will try again next time I'm in town

The food and drinks are overpriced, selection is very limited (one out of three food trucks was opened on a weekend day). My husband and daughter got violently sick for two days after eating at golondrina food park. Not recommended at all!!!

The bartenders have a pretentious attitude while serving and no they were not busy, and the outside has limited sitting area BUT the food and drinks are great. So if you like genuine service you won't find it at the bar. But the food truck people and their food is good.
