Used them for the first time and definitely wont be the last. Called the shop and ordered an arrangement for same day delivery. I gave them my budget and what I wanted over the phone. The service was excellent and the girl helping me was super sweet. They delivered an exceptional arrangement that my mom LOVED. They went above and beyond and included the cutest details. Great Customer Service and Great Work!!!

After finding out that a student of mine was in the hospital, I decided to send her flowers using this shop. I called them at 3:40pm hoping that they could deliver a bouquet that evening and they actually did! They were very helpful and accommodating. I feel like they may be a tad overpriced, but I appreciated their customer service so much that I didn't mind.

Horrible experience. They charged my credit card for two Mother's Day orders which were never delivered. I ordered them in advance and the delivery date was for the Friday before. I called and emailed daily and they never return my calls or emails. Eventually they stopped answering the phones. If they would have just apologized, returned my calls, or offered to give me a nice replacement would have been good customer service. Unfortunately, I will never use them again.

The florist was so awesome. I walked in and was hoping to get something for my anniversary. I wanted to stay under a certain amount and the bouquet he put together was beautiful and under $15. Definitely head back there again.

My boyfriend paid for an arrangement to be picked up the day before Valentine's Day only to find that the business was closed despite their listed business hours listing them as open. He went back on Valentine's Day only to find them closed again and walked away without the flowers he ordered for the special occasion. He was finally able to catch them open the day AFTER Valentine's Day but was told there was no way for them to give him his refund. They instead gave him a balloon and some chocolates to go with his flowers, but the fact remains that he was left empty handed on VALENTINE'S DAY of all days. I do not recommend this flower shop.
