Golden Chick

Ordered online from this store, they gave my order to a DoorDash named Angelica. When I clearly asked for it to be picked up by me. Went and asked the manager who was super unprofessional when I asked what had happened? She stated she had a DoorDash pick it up, when I never provided an address how could they possibly know where I was. I asked if the could remake it or refunded me. She said she couldn't do neither. She was so rude. The DoorDash Driver Angelica got herself a free meal

Great food but bought a box of 20 tenders which came with 2 sides. We got slaw and mashed potatoes. So we ordered an extra mashed potatoes. We got home and the containers are only half filled. We call the store and the manager says they only get 2 "scoops"! Are you kidding me???? $62.00 and I get basically one container of mashed potatoes. Funny, my container of slaw was completely full.

love the customer service and the chicken and the Fried Okra was OMG Delicious and so were the rolls made my day I will definitely come back before I go back home to Florida, I can say it is the best tasting chicken, the place was very clean and very welcoming, very nice Ambiance, keep up the good work and the Customer service

We have stopped and had lunch a few times. I think they have the best tasting chicken, fries and rolls I have ever eaten. The food comes out hot and delicious. We have always been full when we leave. The service staff is top notch. Always helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone.

Just had gizzards and you could tell they were leftover from lunch. There is no reason to serve dried up gizzards. The restaurant did not have salt either.. H-E-B is two block away , go buy some disposable salt shakers!Next time I will ask for fresh gizzards, if there is a next time.... Meh

Cold fries. Soda machine broken. Bun not golden brown. No mayo. Lots of noisy needless chatter in kitchen. No background music. Expected better

We were able to eat a 10 piece half and half dark chicken. We also ordered the big and golden chicken sandwich. The chicken was nice and crispy. It was not greasy. The chicken sandwich was good and crunchy: We had the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The portions were great. We will definitely be ordering again.

This place got the best tenders around.the area I will keep coming back place was clean food was hot and order was correct i even got the cooks name and tipped her 5$ Annie your food was hot and delicious thank you

Fast service but now I know why. Ordered six chicken tenders. Got four and a half TINY SKINNY tenders that were mostly crust. Canned green beans (nothing like the picture). Okra was good. Hard roll. And NO GRAVY! Guess we shouldn't have gotten it to go. Best part of the meal was our own home grown tomato.

It has been months since I bought anything from this restaurant, because they didn't get my order right and the catfish order I bought previously was a joke. Two pieces that each were the size of a chicken finger. They messed my order today. I ordered spicy chicken fingers-come sprinkled with spicy powder. Did not receive spicy chicken fingers. Probably won't go back.
