I have had them repair two pieces of jewelry and they did a great job and I have bought my watch from them as well and I just love it priced very well.

I have never been so disappointed with a local business.I took my heirloom pear necklace to be restrung in October.We are now in December and just got them back today, December 8, 2022.I wanted to use them for two family events in November and took them with plenty of time to repair them.They should of been completed in one week, but no one called me to notify me that they would not be ready on time and that they had lost their repair employee.Long story short, it was poor service and communication and encourage anyone to take their jewelry repair to any other jewelry store, not Gold Falcon.I also asked for a discount for the length time spent waiting on the repair, the owner told the employee, NO!So disappointed in a local business, please do not go to this store. I could not remove the following state: This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!

I am originally from New Braunfels and now live 45 minutes from GFCJ and have had the pleasure of meeting the owner when I went into his shop to have a ring sized. Not only is he the most competitive but the friendliest owner I've ever dealt with. Most jewlers have a huge mark-up and they don't come out of their office to talk to their customers. This jeweler is all about customer service and repeat business. No matter the drive, it will be worth it! Awesome selection and treats you like a friend he has known for 20 years as opposed to just a number for profit. Go see "Lee" and tell him Tex sent you! You won't be dissappointed.
