God's Gift to You Thrift Shoppe

This is nice eclectic thrift shop on S. Staples St. that exists in a smaller older home that has been converted into a thrift shop. There's about four parking spaces out front. Each room in the house is dedicated towards men's, womens, girls, and kitchen items. They do have a lot of clothes, but they also specialize in dishware, unique knickknacks, kitchen items, pictures, and shoes. They do have a unique tag numbering system which determines how much of a discount you get. They are only open during limited hours of 9 to 3 Thursday through Saturday. The photos may entice you to visit.

I love my thrift//resale shops and I will definitely be visiting this place again soon. It is a little bit overwhelming when you first enter because of how it is laid out. It is a home and each room contains a different category of items. They have EVERYTHING, from baby socks to kitchen appliances. I found a excellent pair of Clark's leather sandals for only $3 and a Madame Alexander doll for $5. Take your time to really look thru the items. Nonprofit and proceeds go to missions both locally and internationally. Workers are volunteer and so amazingly courteous. If you do not like buying thrifted goods, consider donating your gently used items or making a monetary donation.

I stopped in for a minute and found the perfect suit for my grandson and it was a great price. Always a pleasure to visit with Pat.
