While only costing $300, not worth the hassle. After having to delay our trip due to a serious health matter, the service was not as advertised or expected. Which resulted in handling the planning myself, The lack of competence in what we thought was a Premier Advisor (Carrie) and therefore, experienced to manage our Disney trip was terrible. Due to my diligence and planning my family did have a great trip.Edit: We were reimbursed for additional cost that were incurred due lack of services by Carrie from the president of the company.

Just spoke with Nicole at Glass Slipper Concierge, and could not believe how incredibly rude she was! Nicole, if you read this, know that I would have happily booked my vacation with you tonight if you had treated me with kindness and respect. Please reconsider the way you interact with other human beings, including potential customers. I never write messages like this, but my experience was shockingly terrible.

We had a wonderful family trip to Disney World thanks to the help of Mickie from @glassslipperconcierge. Mickie handled all of our reservations including dining for our stay. It was a truly magical time. We had customized itineraries for each day with tips on what rides to visit when based upon our interests. This meant very little thinking for me... the kids rated the trip a 10+. I highly recommend Mickie and the team.

I Would Highly recommend anyone planning on going to DISNEY to use this Company. We were planning on going for my Sons Birthday and start with a different Travel Agent(Big Mistake). Go with someone that knows DISNEY and plan ahead. NICOLE, [email protected] got in contact with use very fast and started working on our plans super fast and efficient! She help use thought every Part of our trip and if you haven't been to Disney or it's been a while your head will go in circles trying to plan everything.With Nicole she made it go very smooth and calm, plus we were right at our 180 days and she still pulled it all Together. very disappointed with expensive service that lauds itself on unique Disney World experience - if you are staying at a premium Disney property and have access to the hotel's concierge level staff - their services are much more useful for securing dining , fastpass and activity reservations than this service - if you are a repeat visitor to Disney World - DO NOT use this service !

Do not use Nicole from glass slipper concierge for your Disney vacation. Rude, condescending, sucks the magic feeling right out of the planning process for Disney. Boasts a personalized service, and it it anything but. DO NOT PAY FOR A DISNEY AGENT. This is a free service. Glass slipper provides nothing more than anyone else

I have been using Nicole Spero with Glass Slipper since 2015. It all started with a Disney trip, but it turned into so much more. She has helped me plan trips all over the US from mini-staycations in Texas to cruises and ski trips. I will not use anyone else, and I am so thankful that she takes all of the stress and anxiety of planning for us off my shoulders. She feels like a true friend.

Our trip was amazing thanks to Mickie at Glass Slipper Concierge. Everything was planned step by step and all we had to do was refer to our itinerary she sent us. We had very few questions, but if something came up, we'd email her and she'd get back to us almost immediately. Highly recommend Mickie if you want a smooth, stress free trip. Brittany & Brandon
